A message from a lady staff

Please suggest

Hello everyone. I am in problem seeking suggestion. I am a DRO under

probation working in chief manager branch operations department. My

manager is torturing me like anything even though i am smart enough at my

work he is still behaving always rude always complaining and always yelling

at me. I dont kniw whats his problem. He is one of the worst person i have

ever seen. I always do whatever is needed i never say no to any work even

i attend on holidays also still he is always complaining about me to DRM

that she is not working. From other staff i came to know that he is frustrated

person who dont want to see anyone else working more smartly then him.

He also ruined my APAR and keeps telling me that he will stop my

confirmation. Please suggest can he stop my confirmation by taking Region

manager in confidence? i am really tensed because of this.

Young Indian Banker's Association - YIBA. Friends be strong enough &

start saying NO what wrong is happening with you. At first stage it should be

stopped. Probation period is not meant for exploitation. NO BODY CAN

PREVENT YOUR CONFIRMATION WITHOUT ANY REASON. BE BOLD &

STRONG ENOUGH.

First...she should inform her regional manager in written.

2nd, she should work only in scheduled time and nt on sunday or holidays..if

her manager forced then sheould ask the same in written n immediately infor

Sheikh Mohd Waseem u see its very simple...first thing first...u r are a govt

employee..capitalise on that...second..stop working,take leaves, dont stay lat

dont come on sundays...and u can also seek help of your banks

association...last thing..dont take tension..be happy!

employees and guidelines on behaviour with them. It appears yours manage

is violating many such guidelines. Please file a written complain against him a

LHO and through staff grievances mechanism. Also , put your phone on voic

recording mode when he talks with you. Record everything he says and crea

Manager is misbehaving with you and he is also using obscene language and

always harassing you...threatening you that he will stop confirmation and also

give bad marks in APAR....Written Complain...

same mistake by bearing his tortures and frustration, later i realized my

mistake....you have no other way ...else u will get frustrated one day and will

end up doing something big which you have to face by urself ...as i can say

that he will be the first person who will blame you for no reason ...........
