Our Value Proposition to Telecommunications, Networking and IT Service Providers Who We Mean “Service Providers” are organizations that provide telecommunications, networking and IT-related services, selling them directly or through indirect sales channels. Examples include:

- Carriers and other Circuit Providers, including Telcos, Cable Operators, and 3rd Party Resellers - Equipment and Software Providers - Expense Management and other Consultants - Systems Integrators and VARs - WAN, LAN and Equipment Installation, Monitoring, Maintenance, and Repair Services Providers

What We Do For You Xponential Group was founded by experts in Technology Procurement, Business Development and Marketing. Now, our “All Star Team” of internal staff and external network of partner firms provide these services to our clients:

- Technology Procurement Our Service Provider clients sometimes need sources of technology and services, too. Xponential Group matches Service Providers’ needs with other Service Providers who can fill those needs, sometimes even combining offerings of multiple Service Providers to create new service bundles for sale in the marketplace. Example: Contingent Network Services, an Xponential Group Partner, offers LAN, WAN and other technology installation, monitoring, management, and repair services to other Service Providers – performing this work for the providers themselves or for their clients – all at a lower total cost then they can do so for themselves.

- Business Development Our core deliverable to our Service Provider clients is revenue. We identify the right Channel Partners and End-User sales prospects for each particular client’s offerings and (where applicable) coverage areas. The result is a flow of Indirect Sales Leads (via Channel Partners) and Direct Sales Leads (via Xponential Group’s own lead generation processes) to our clients and, as desired, our direct help in turning these leads into closed sales.

- Marketing In order to make our Business Development efforts on behalf of our Service Provider clients successful, and often as a direct service to our clients, we perform whatever marketing work is needed:

Market research and strategy formulation Telemarketing, online, and direct mail campaigns Branding, advertising and collateral development Trade show booths and displays development Web site creation Public Relations

What It Means to You Every Xponential Group – Service Provider relationship is different, based on each client’s specific needs. For some, we are their Technology Procurement and Marketing firm “on call” and an independent sales agent. Other Service Providers have hired us as their complete, outsourced business development and marketing departments. Thus, our relationships range from simply being an extension of a client’s existing marketing and sales (direct and indirect) efforts to being hired to create and manage marketing programs and indirect sales channel / agent networks where none existed before.
