Procedure on which beneficiaries get entitlement

Special Training for mainstreaming of Out-of-School Children

1) A programme to Universalise Elementary Education by Community Ownership for all Children in the age group of 6 to 14 years.

2) A programme to Minimize Social, Regional and Gender GAPs with the participation of the Community in the Management of Schools.

3) An effort at effectively involving the Panchayati Raj Institutions, School Management Committees, Village and Urban Slum level Education Committees,Parents' Teachers' Associations, Mother Teacher Associations, Tribal Autonomous Councils and other grass root level structures in the management of elementary schools.

4) A responce to the demand for Quality Basic Education.

5) A responce to allow Children to Learn about and Master their natural Enviornment in a process which allow the their human protential both Speritually and Materially.

6) A responce to provide support to the Learner of Pre-school (0-4 years age group) i.e. ICDS Centres.

7) A Programme to Enusre Basic Infrastructural Facilities (like - Class-room, Toilet / Urinals, Bariar Free Toilet, RAMP with Hand Rails, Office - cum- Store - cum - H.M. Room Etc.) at School Level.

8) A responce to provide In-service Teachers' Training both at Primary and Upper Primary Level to ensure implementation of the aspect of National Curriculum and Frame Work in the Real Classroom Situation.

9) A response to provide basic facilities for conducting Sub-district Level Training / Workshop / Meeting.

10) An effort to provide Special facilities to the Children with Special Needs (CWSN) under the Scheme of Inclusive Education.

11) A response to ensure 100% Retention by Providing Joyfull Child Centric Education at Elementary Level.

12) An opportunity for setting-up New Schools in the Habitations which are note covered by Primary School / SSK and Upper Primary School / MSK as per the W.B. RTE-Rules (i.e. under Rural Area each and every habitaion has Primary School / SSK within 1 K.M. of its radious & Upper Primary School / MSK within 2 K.M.s of its radious and under Urban Area each and every habitaion has Primary School / SSK within 0.5 K.M. of its radious & Upper Primary School / MSK within 1.5 K.M.s of its radious) to ensure 100% access.

13) A programme with a clear time frame for universal elementary education.

1) Identification of Out of School Children under the age group 6 to 14 years as per Child Register.2) Enrolled the identified OoSC in the nearby Govt. / Govt. Aided Primary / Upper Primary School at age appropriate Classes.3) Distribution of Special Training Package among the enrolled OoSCs as directed by SPD (PBSSM)4) Orientation of Selected Teachers on the Issue of Teachers' Training.5) Organisation of Special Training at School Level of Flexible duration to enable the Child to be at per with other Children of the Concerned Classes.
