Thousands of years of experience of Turkic culture is clearly understood how important it was taken in the context of cultural heritage. It can not be ignored that the importance of scientific meetings to maintain cultural ties between Turkey-Belarus which today play an active role in the civilized world. Holding this symposium in Belarus which will be covered Turkic culture can be a model example of Turkic culture about requirements of the protection of world cultural heritage. This symposium previously held in countries such as Spain, Italy, Azerbaijan, India, Russia, Turkey, this will be eleventh.

It is intended to draw attention to rich Turkic-Belarus civilization, protection and research of civilized culture in Turkic world, fine arts, art-civilization-archeology in the Turkish language country with symposium topics. issues are open to all papers. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SYMPOSIUM - Abstracts with 250 words should be submitted until 10/09/2017. - Papers can be presented in Turkish, Russian and English (1 report can be filed). - Poster paper outputs will be in 50x70 cm - It can be applied with one work to the “Turkish Arts” exhibition which will be opened within symposium (the exhibition special conditions for those whose works accepted after board evaluation and who will not join by person but will send work:- any resulting damage or loss of cargo and during exhibition the responsibility belongs to the participant - paintings, photographs, etc. works will be without glass, frameless, without cabinet and short side will be 40 cm long side shall not be bigger than 60 cm – The original work should be sent, will not be accepted for color output, etc. - in three - dimensional work, such as çini plates should not exceed 20 cm in height and width - textile jobs in thickness and weight should not be much and must be foldable). - The total cost of congress (including 200 Dolar participation fee + flights 350 Dolar + accommodation (hotel) + 5 dinner + 5 breakfasts + congress book + tea-coffee breaks and treats + transfers and other expenses) is 1050 Dolar. - After the first 25 people (according to the order of application) there is a difference in the price of the plane ticket (1050 Dolar + air ticket price difference). - Total fees outside Turkey and Belarus: 700 Dolar (except flights). - The fee of sending poster paper or work without joining by person is and exhibition 70 Dolar. - There is no fee for scientists who are citizens of Belarus - Participation fee + congress book is 200 Dolar. Hotel settlement and leisure, trip) (Kutsal Ruh Katedrali-St. Peter ve Paul Kilisesi-Troitskoye-Bağımsızlık Meydanı). - 23 Ekim Sempozyum ve sergi açılışı (23 October 2017 Symposium and exhibition opening). - 24 Ekim Sempozyum (24 October symposium) - 25 Ekim Sergi kapanışı, panel ve Minsk’e geçiş (24 October Exhibition closing, panel and Minsk transfer). - 26 Ekim Dudutki (Belarus köy hayatı) ve Stalin gezisi (II.
