Intention

Over the next few pages you is a chance to take an honest look at your life to find what’s missing or not working any longer.

The purpose is to identify what is creating stress and preventing you from feeling vibrant, healthy and living the life you deserve.

Stress is the biggest factor causing fatigue, overwhelm, weight gain, bloating, anxiety, depression, and to suffer from a range of hormonal complaints.

The biggest factor holding many women back is the belief they can’t change their life, but awareness and getting super clear of where the real problem lies, is the quickest way to instigate change.

While answering these questions, I want you to be really honest with yourself, but not judgemental. Be compassionate about what comes up for you, no one is perfect and we all have areas of improvement. This will only highlight what your body, mind and spirit wants to you know.

Take 20mins to answer these, move away from any distractions or noise, give yourself space to hear your intuition.
