2. Shipping: Full Freight Allowance on all orders of $1,500.00 or more for U.S. deliveries, $3,000.00 for Canada. A $5.00 handling charge will be applied to all orders of $150.00 or less.

3. All past due invoices will be charged 1.5% per month.

4. Returns: CARR will refuse any returns that do not have our RGA number.

• FreightDamagedGoods:Ifyoureceiveadamagedshipment,youmustcontact the delivering carrier, as they are liable for the freight-damaged items.

• DefectiveItems:Anyproductthatmeetsourwarrantyqualifications,has missing components, or is boxed in error will be considered defective and will be fully credited. CARR reserves the right to have the item inspected prior to issuance of a RGA number. A Return Goods Authorization(RGA)numberisrequiredonallreturns.CARRreservesthe right to require the return of the defective item for inspection or to have the item field-destroyed. Credit will be issued, we do not allow customer deductions for defective items.

• StockAdjustments:Wewillallowtheopportunityforourcustomersto clean up their inventory with stock adjustment once every 12 months. Stockadjustmentsmustmeetoneorallofthefollowingqualifications:

• Accountmustbecurrentandingoodstanding.

• Stock adjustment can be allowed with no offsetting order whenamount is a maximum of 3% of previous year’s purchases, a 15% restockingfeewillbeappliedtotheentirereturn.

• Stock adjustment with a 2:1 offsetting order will not receive a restockfee.

• Any items that are not in sellable condition will not receive full credit.

• Nodefectiveitemswillbeacceptedinastockadjustment.

• Freightchargesaretheresponsibilityofthecustomer.

• RGA number is required, no stock adjustments will be allowedwithout prior management approval from CARR.

5. Warranties: CARR offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects on the structural integrity and finish on the CARR product.

WarranTY ProcessinG:

All warranties start from the consumer’s date of purchase. Consumer musttaketheproducttoaCARRdealerforinspectionandprocessing.Dealers are to return warranty items to their CARR distributor for replacement or credit. CARR reserves the right to approve or deny a warranty claim if it is determined that the product has been damaged due to abuse.

WarranTY limiTaTions:

• WarrantycoverageextendsonlytorepairorreplacementoftheCARR product. This warranty does not cover cost of labor, transportation,installation or removal of the product.

• Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by collision,fire, freezing, theft, vandalism, riot, explosion, or objects striking theproduct, or misuse of the product and/or the vehicle on which the product is installed.

• Thewarrantydoesnotcoverdamagecausedbywear,airbornefallout,chemicals, tree sap, stones, hail, earthquakes, water due to flood,windstorm, lightning, the application of chemicals or sealants subsequenttomanufacture.

• Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by abuse, modification, or incorrect installation of the product.

• Warranty coverage does not extend to any economic loss or extra expense including (without limitation) payment for the loss of time or pay, inconvenience, storage, loss of vehicle use, vehicle rental expense, equipment rental expense, lodging, meals, or other travel cost.

6. Other Terms: This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from State to State.

• CARR does not authorize any person to create for it any other obligations or liability in connection with its products. Any implied warranty of merchant ability, or fitness for a particular purpose, applicable to this product, is limited in duration to the duration of the writtenwarranty.Performanceoftherepairsandneededadjustments is the exclusive remedy under this written warranty or any implied warranty. CARR shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from breach of the written warranty or implied warranty.**(Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty will last, or the exclusion or limitations of the incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you).
