JPRO Professional +ASIST and TDS +ASIST were designed for the integration of advanced diagnostic information from the vehicle, and the automation into ASIST offers quicker and more accurate diagnostics. This integrated process leads to improved communication throughout the repair — from intake to completion.

For a total service solution, JPRO is capable of expanding your service toward the goal of ALL MAKES capability in your shop. To diagnose and repair all makes and models, you must equip your service PCs with JPRO Professional or JPRO Professional +ASIST. TDS +ASIST is ideal for those only diagnosing and repairing all makes of Mack and Volvo vehicles.

The use of JPRO and TDS is covered under Mack and Volvo warranty for 2 hours for a Non-Master Tech and 4 hours for a Master Tech per Warranty Operations Manual 4.2.1.1
