Staying fit is not everyone’s cup of tea. To be more specific, the practice of staying fit itself is a challenge.

When you have to follow a particular diet or when you’re exempted from eating something is when people usually give up the practice of staying fit.

But, the bottom line is that eating healthy is not the only option for staying fit. Of course, eating healthy food is necessary, but along with it some exercise is also required.
