What type of growth can be expected?

1. We promote from within:– Our senior leadership team is 100% comprised of team members that

have grown into the role. They started as analysts, project engineers, or project managers.

– Nearly all of our director level team is comprised of team members that have grown into the role.

– Team members can work to develop a personal growth plan.2. Growth:

– Analyst to engineer – average: 1 to 3 years– Engineer to project manager – average: 1 to 3 years

• We offer an annual profit sharing performance based bonus that has ranged from 0% to 40% of annual salary.
