Greetings to the once lost and now found sheep of the house of Is-

rael. I am pleased to report that the Heavenly father continues to provide for those that cry out to Him. While the rest of the country remains in some form of a drought, we here at the Radio Ranch have received rain on a regular basis throughout the summer. As hay prices sky rocket across the country, we have had one of our best hay seasons ever, enough hay to carry us through the winter. Don’t get me wrong, we here at Scrip-tures for America face our share of trials, tests and tribulations just like the rest of the Remnant. However, because of you, the faithful Remnant that consistently pray for and support this Minis-try, those of us standing in the gap will continue to be about the Fathers business, just as our Pas-tor taught us. We continue to move forward in the Faith of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and we continue to pray for His blessings for the Remnant! I recently saw some interesting facts about the state of so-called Christianity, and thought I would share them with you. George Barna conducted a survey of self-pronounced Christians on ‘The State of the Church’ in 2002. Here's what he found about their knowledge of the Bible. Now, remember these are self-proclaimed Christians…

48% could not name the four Gospels. 52% cannot identify more than two or three of Jesus' disci-

ples. 60% of American Christians can't name even five of the

Ten Commandments. When asking graduating high school "born again Chris-

tians," over 50% of them thought Sodom and Gomorrah were husband and wife.

61% of American Christians think the Sermon on the Mount was preached by Billy Graham.

71% of American Christians think "God helps those who help themselves," is a Bible verse.

We, for the most part, as Americans revere the Bible but, by and large, don't know what it says, and as a result we have become a Nation of Biblical illiterates. There is nothing new under the sun! 2 Timothy 4: 3-4 tells us; For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires, and will turn away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths. What are we to do as God fearing Christians? Read the Bible, for one. The answer is found in the latter part of the same verse. 2 Timothy 4:5 gives us instructions for today. But you, be sober in all things, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry. A wise Preacher once taught us that you may love your sloppy-agape, lovey-dovey preacher now, but you will hate him on Judgment Day. And, according to the signs of the times, that Day of the Lord is fast approaching. Are you ready for it?

The Scriptures are clear. In Joel 2:12-13 we read: "Yet even now," declares the LORD, "Return to Me with all your heart, And with fasting, weeping, and mourning; And rend your heart and not your garments." Now return to the LORD your God, For He is gracious and compassionate, Slow to anger, abounding in lovingkindness, And relenting of evil. Joel 1:14-15 tells us: Consecrate a fast, Proclaim a solemn assembly; Gather the eld-ers And all the inhabitants of the land To the house of the LORD your God, And cry out to the LORD. Alas for the day! For the day of the LORD is near, And it will come as destruction from the Almighty. And again in Joel 2:15-17 we see: Blow a trumpet in Zion, Consecrate a fast, proclaim a solemn as-sembly, Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, Assemble the elders, Gather the children and the nursing infants. Let the bridegroom come out of his room And the bride out of her bridal chamber. Let the priests, the LORD's ministers, Weep between the porch and the altar, And let them say, "Spare Thy people, O LORD, And do not make Thine inheritance a reproach, A byword among the nations. Why should they among the peoples say, 'Where is their God?'" The writing is on the wall as we continue to read in Joel 1:16-20: Has not food been cut off before our eyes, Gladness and joy from the house of our God? The seeds shrivel under their clods; The storehouses are desolate, The barns are torn down, For the grain is dried up. How the beasts groan! The herds of cattle wander aimlessly Because there is no pasture for them; Even the flocks of sheep suffer. To Thee, O LORD, I cry; For fire has devoured the pastures of the wilderness, And the flame has burned up all the trees of the field. Even the beasts of the field pant for Thee; For the water brooks are dried up, And fire has devoured the pastures

of the wilderness. As a nation, we are starting to feel and see the birth pangs of God’s Wrath. This is only the beginning. If you look at the drought that is affecting practically the entire United States, you can see that the Lord is setting the stage for a great famine. Emeritus Professor Don Huber from Purdue University in Indiana

says that by using GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) crops in the food supply, anywhere from 20 to 55 percent of crop failure and animal health and miscarriage issues are the result. Cattlemen in the plains states are selling off their herds as the drought they're suffering drastically diminishes pastureland. Sure, that'll make beef prices cheaper for just a bit as the market floods with the meat from this sell-off, but...couple all of that with the fact that each year we, like most with cattle, continue to have less and less heifer calves (less cattle that can reproduce)

here on the Radio Ranch. You start to see that God will keep His Word. The Holy Spirit continues to bring to my mind 2 Chroni-cles 7:14 over and over. Let’s look at that Scripture line by line and see what is it God truly wants us to do. “...and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray, and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” We read, "and My people who are called by My name." It does not say, "and all people." Who is He referring to? He is referring to true Israel. We have failed, as a people, to know our true identity be-cause of the preachers of the land. Who and what and where did they come from? Luke 1:68 -71 "Blessed be the Lord God of Israel, For He has visited us and accomplished redemption for His people, And has raised up a horn of salvation for us In the house of David His servant--As He spoke by the mouth of His holy prophets from of old--Salvation FROM OUR ENEMIES, And FROM THE HAND OF ALL WHO HATE US; (emphasis added) Who are His people and who hate us? Let's look at Abra-ham: Abraham = Genesis 17:1-7 Abraham and the Covenant of Circumcision Now when Abram was ninety-nine years old, the LORD appeared to Abram and said to him, "I am God Almighty; Walk before Me, and be blameless. And I will establish My covenant between Me and you, And I will multiply you exceedingly." And Abram fell on his face, and God talked with him, saying, "As for Me, behold, My covenant is with you, And you shall be the father of a multi-tude of nations. No longer shall your name be called Abram, But your name shall be Abraham; For I will make you the father of a multitude of nations. And I will make you exceedingly fruitful, and I will make nations of you, and kings shall come forth from you. And I will establish My covenant between Me and you and



your descendants after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and to your descendants after you." Receiving the Covenant Genesis 17:19 But God said, "No, but Sarah your wife shall bear you a son, and you shall call his name Isaac; and I will establish My covenant with him for an everlasting covenant for his descendants after him." This is God establishing His Covenant! And we read on in the next Scripture that God sees to it that the covenant people are named through Abraham's son Isaac! Genesis 21:12 But God said to Abraham, "Do not be distressed because of the lad and your maid; whatever Sarah tells you, listen to her, for through Isaac your descendants shall be named." The term SAXON came from the term Isaac’s Sons. Just as this Scripture says your descendants shall be named through Isaac! Genesis 24 And Abraham said to his servant, the oldest of his household, who had charge of all that he owned, "Please place your hand under my thigh, and I will make you swear by the LORD, the God of heaven and the God of earth, that you shall not take a wife for my son from the daughters of the Canaanites, among whom I live," Abraham hated those dogs too! Isaac married Rebekah and we can see that the Lord kept his Covenant through Isaac in Genesis 26:2-4. And the LORD appeared to him and said, "Do not go down to Egypt; stay in the land of which I shall tell you. Sojourn in this land and I will be with you and bless you, for to you and to your descendants I will give all these lands, and I will establish

the oath which I swore to your father Abraham. And I will multi-ply your descendants as the stars of heaven, and will give your descendants all these lands; and by your descendants all the na-tions of the earth shall be blessed;" And from them, Isaac and Rebekah, came forth two na-tions as we see in Genesis 25:21-26. And Isaac prayed to the LORD on behalf of his wife, be-cause she was barren; and the LORD answered him and Rebekah his wife conceived. But the children struggled together within her; and she said, "If it is so, why then am I this way?" So she went to inquire of the LORD. And the LORD said to her, "Two nations are in your womb; And two peoples shall be separated from your body; And one people shall be stronger than the other; And the older shall serve the younger." When her days to be de-livered were fulfilled, behold, there were twins in her womb. Now the first came forth red, all over like a hairy garment; and they named him Esau. And afterward his brother came forth with his hand holding on to Esau's heel, so his name was called Jacob; and Isaac was sixty years old when she gave birth to them. From that Scripture we can see that there were two nations and the older would serve the younger. Jacob Gets His Birthright Genesis 25:30-34 And Esau said to Jacob, "Please let me have a swallow of that red stuff there, for I am famished." Therefore his name was called Edom. But Jacob said, "First sell me your birthright." And Esau said, "Behold, I am about to die; so of what use then is the birthright to me?" And Jacob said, "First swear to me"; so he swore to him, and sold his birthright to Jacob. Then Jacob gave Esau bread and lentil stew; and he ate and drank, and rose and went on his way. May He also give you the blessing of Abraham, to you and to your descen-dants with you; that you may possess the land of your sojourn-ings, which God gave to Abraham." Then Isaac sent Jacob away, and he went to Paddan-aram to Laban, son of Bethuel the Aramean, the brother of Rebekah, the mother of Jacob and Esau. Genesis 28:14 "Your descendants shall also be like the dust of the earth, and you shall spread out to the west and to the east and to the north and to the south; and in you and in your descendants shall all the families of the earth be blessed." Jacob makes a vow and ob-viously understands the law of tith-ing. Genesis 28:20-22 Then Jacob made a vow, saying, "If God will be with me and will keep me on this journey that I take, and will give me food to eat and gar-

ments to wear, and I return to my father's house in safety, then the LORD will be my God. And this stone, which I have set up as a pillar, will be God's house; and of all that Thou dost give me I will surely give a tenth to Thee." Now we can see that God changes the name of Jacob to Israel and makes sure the Covenant is passed on.

Genesis 35:10-12 And God said to him, "Your name is Jacob; You shall no longer be called Jacob, But Israel shall be your name." Thus He called him Israel. God also said to him, "I am God Almighty; Be fruitful and multiply; A nation and a company of nations shall come from you, And kings shall come forth from you. And the land which I gave to Abraham and Isaac, I will give it to you, And I will give the land to your descendants after you." Israel has twelve sons from which we have the thirteen tribes. (Joseph’s two sons ere added later to make thirteen.) Exodus 1:7 But the sons of Israel were fruitful and increased greatly, and multiplied, and became exceedingly mighty, so that the land was filled with them. We see that the Israelites are in Egypt. Joshua 21:43-45 So the LORD gave Israel all the land which He had sworn to give to their fathers, and they possessed it and lived in it. And the LORD gave them rest on every side, according to all that He had sworn to their fathers, and no one of all their enemies stood be-fore them; the LORD gave all their enemies into their hand. Not one of the good promises which the LORD had made to the house of Israel failed; all came to pass. We have a fulfilled prophecy…. What about Esau? Genesis 36:1 shows us that Esau is Edom. We also see this in Genesis 36:8. We read: Genesis 36:1 Now these are the records of the generations of Esau (that is, Edom). Genesis 36:8 So Esau lived in the hill country of Seir; Esau is Edom. Romans 9:13 Just as it is written, "JACOB I LOVED, BUT ESAU I HATED." (emphasis added)


Why Call for a Solemn Assembly? Malachi 1:2-3 "I have loved you," says the LORD. But you say, "How hast Thou loved us?" "Was not Esau Jacob's brother?" declares the LORD. "Yet I have loved Jacob; but I have hated Esau, and I have made his mountains a desolation, and appointed his inheritance for the jackals of the wilderness." Just as a side note we can look at Genesis 26:34-35 and see that there is nothing new under the sun. And when Esau was forty years old he married Judith the daugh-ter of Beeri the Hittite, and Basemath the daughter of Elon the Hittite; and they brought grief to Isaac and Rebekah. God does not love everyone! The Bible says so! The ma-jority of the so-called Christian people of today want to make Je-sus out to be a love everybody, peace-child, long-haired, hippie-freak. This Scripture is the word of God, and it says He hated Esau, and the truth of the matter is that these children of Esau/Edom hate God! They hate Jesus Christ, for they know that He was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Matthew 15:24 But He answered and said, "I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel." Why call for a Solemn Assembly? We go back to 2 Chronicles 7:14. “...and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray, and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” Our land needs healing. Our people need healing. Our sins are many, and need to be forgiven. When His people, the lost sheep of the House of Israel, humble themselves and pray to Him, then God Almighty will answer. That is why we are calling for a Solemn Assembly. Be in prayer for the Solemn Assembly being called for. Next month we will explain what a Solemn Assembly is, and the invitation will go out. Many grief’s and heartaches he overcame By the blood of the Lamb, that was slain.

He was an example, for us to learn So we too, might a crown we earn.

Though heartaches abounded, the course he’d stay

He learned to rejoice, and rejoice always. Thou good and faithful servant, thou hast well done;

For a good fight, and race thou hast run.

It was a year ago in Branson, that he said goodbye; It was the last time I knew, and I did cry.

But in his wisdom, he had prepared good men. Men well taught, that would follow him.

We were supposed to be dismissed, at twelve P.M.

But he talked on, and we listened to him. It was like he just, could not let us go.

He cared for his flock, and he loved us so.


MY TRIBUTE TO PASTOR PETERS

His ministry now, seems so brief,

And the goodbye, was so filled with grief. But with Richard and Kyle and Jason and Jon

He’d be happy to see, how his work has gone on.

So Jon and Richard and Jason and Kyle, Don’t ever quit; not even for a little while.

I just want to applaud you, for the job you’ve done. You too, have a race, that will be won.

So as we continue in this fragile life;

In this world, with all its strife, May we remember to rejoice always, And be found faithful all our days.

And may we remember, all Pastor has taught,

And do everything, as we ought. And when all, is said and done;

May we still be praying, “Thy Kingdom come.”

So this is my tribute, to the Pastor we loved. I know the angels were singing above.

The Master has taken note, of all his work, And I know his name, is in God’s tally book.

But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come. So says 2 Timothy 3:1. The enemies of Jesus Christ are many, but do not be afraid. Know this first of all, that in the last days mockers will come with their mocking, following after their own lusts, and saying, "Where is the promise of His coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all continues just as it was from the beginning of creation." For when they maintain this, it escapes their notice that by the word of God the heavens existed long ago and the earth was formed out of water and by water, through which the world at that time was de-stroyed, being flooded with water. But the present heavens and earth by His word are being reserved for fire, kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men. But do not let this one fact escape your notice, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 2 Peter 3: 3-8 Preparatory prayer Heavenly Father, remind us of Your promises to us, promises of deliverance, protection, and salvation. Help us to trust in You and Your ways, and not to lean on our own understanding. Blessed be our God! Imprecatory prayer Oh LORD my God, to Thee do we cry out against the innu-merable amounts of evil that has encompassed us in these last days! There are many who have risen up against You and Your Word, oh LORD, and they have increased in their numbers and in their evils, those that bring trouble to Your saints. For many are they that rise up against You and those that are Yours, but I will not be afraid of ten thousand that have set them-selves against me! Arise, oh LORD in Thine anger, and kindle Thy wrath against them, oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end!

Let not Your antichrist enemies triumph over us anymore. Let the false prophets, priests, and pastors be slain in the sanctuar-ies, and bring on many sorrows to those who pervert Your Word. Let their way be dark and slippery, let the angel of the LORD per-secute them, let destruction come upon them unawares. Put them to shame oh LORD, and let them be confounded, those who are adversaries to our souls! And let them be covered with reproach and dishonor. We come against satan and his ministers and his antichrist children. Pour out Thy fury upon them oh LORD. Bring the storms, the hurricanes, and the whirlwinds against their homes. Burn up their trees and their crops in the field with burning heat. Let their cattle and beasts cry out for hay and thirst, dry up their waters and bring fires down to devour their pastures. Prepare them for the day of slaughter! Deliver up their children to the famine that is coming in the land. Let their wives be bereaved of children and let them be-come widows. Let the old men be put to death, and let their young men be slain by the sword in the battle that’s raging. Let those who have lived by the sword, die by the sword! Let their cry be heard throughout the world and forgive not their iniquities, so that in the day of Your anger that none shall escape. For I will not trust in my gun, my bow, or my sword; but I will not relinquish them! For I will trust in You oh LORD my God, You will save us from our enemies and from those who hate You oh LORD. And LORD, I pray for Your saints on whom You have called and chosen. Keep us faithful until the end, that we may be delivered from the unreasonable, wicked men and from Your wrath- Direct our hearts LORD, into the love of God and give us patience, waiting for the return of our LORD and Savior, our King, Jesus Christ. In His Name we pray! Amen!
