Manpower Planning:

Organization plans to hire 1500 manpower across Service and Product delivery in the domains of Exchange Server, Linux, Wintel, Desktop and Network across 3 states in India. See Fig.1

Recruitment Process:

Organization uses a flat approach to short-list manpower, where recruitments are done using 3 layer interventions post short-listing of Profiles. See previous process in Fig.2

Suggested Tools to Increase hiring efficiency and bring CPA down: (See fig.4)

1.  Change of Process Management. Focus on 2 Domains to start with. (Desktop and Network). Major Hires in these domain.

2.  Introduce Distributed Domain Assessments on Cloud using Secured auto proctored tool.

3.  First Level Domain Interview (Team Leader) to be managed by certified professionals.

4.  TAT to be reduced to 7 Days

5. CPA (Cost Per Acquisition to be 25 USD at TL Level)

Challenges:

Organization feels a few challenges specially in peak months. See Fig.3. To list a few:

1.  In order to meet 1500 Recruits, the organization current selection rate is 15%. i.e over 10,000 candidates are scheduled for meeting.

2.  Average Interview time spent from a Team Leader is between 25-35 minutes.

3.  Average Waiting time for interviewee is between 30-40 minutes. 4.  Average TAT (Turn around Time) between Step 1 to Step 3 was 15 days. 5.  Cost per acquisition was 50 USD (At TL Level).
