Monthly Lecture Series Why is Israel in Palestine? Dr. Nigel Parsons is the first speaker in a series of community lectures from Massey, organised by PNCC and Palmerston North Community Services Council. Tuesday 2 March, 12.30pm Sound & Vision Zone, Ground Floor Stand Up Poetry Open mic poetry evening with special guest Leonel Alvarado reading in both Spanish and English. International poets will be given priority in recognition of Festival of Cultures. Wednesday 3 March, 7pm Sound & Vision Zone, Ground Floor Alliance Française Alliance Française de Palmerston North and the Massey University School of Language Studies present a talk by Fariba Hachtroudi, Randall Cottage Writer in Residence 2009/10. Monday 8 March, 7pm Sound & Vision Zone, Ground Floor Music on a Wednesday The Passengers take an acoustic trip through your favourite rock songs with Gabe, Bing and Adrian.
