One to One Fitness Support
Participants will be connected with a FRESH staff member once per week to work on a fitness plan and then carry it out. The plan can be as simple as going for a walk, or something more involved such as working out together at the YMCA.

Women’s Activity Group The group meets Wednesdays at 11:15am. Current activity is aquafit at the West End YMCA.
High Park Walking Group Fridays at 2:00pm. Take a long, leisurely walk in High Park with our friendly group. We don’t go fast, but we do go far. Call (647) 462-9601 for details and to find out about changes due to weather.
May Hike Join us for a trip by bus outside of Toronto to go hiking on trails for a few hours. Con-tact Michael for further details.

Community Environment Days
Community Environment Days are held every year from April to September to help reduce the amount of reusable, recyclable or household hazardous waste going into landfill.
Do your part to create a cleaner, greener and more liveable Toronto. Drop off reusable and recyclable items such as clothing, small appliances, non-perishable food items and electronics. You can also drop off household hazardous waste for safe disposal and pick up free compost for your garden.
