The program includes legal plan documentation, all IRS-required plan testing as well as the availability of investment management services for interested plan participants. All third-party administrator (TPA) services are provided by Wellington Financial Group, Inc. while the investment advisory services are provided by Wellington Consulting Services, Inc., a Registered Investment Adviser with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Wellington’s pricing is both extremely competitive as well as completely transparent. Wellington receives no “Revenue Sharing” payments from your company retirement plan’s investment providers so you are assured that all investment recommendations are made solely for the benefit of your plan participants. Every nickel of Wellington’s compensation is either reported on the participants’ account statements if deducted from their accounts, or itemized on an invoice sent to the plan sponsor if for an employer-borne expense. Who else does that! 

Recordkeeping Services:* Our recordkeeping costs are straightforward and low. ONETIME PLAN SET-UP COST: 

$500 PLUS $20 PER ACTIVE PLAN PARTICIPANT  ANNUAL PLAN RECORDKEEPING COST: 

$1,050 PLUS $20 PER ACTIVE PLAN PARTICIPANT*

  EVENT-DRIVEN RECORDKEEPING COSTS: 

PLAN PARTICIPANTS REQUESTING DISTRIBUTIONS OR LOANS ARE CHARGED AN ASSOCIATED FEE DEDUCTED FROM THE DISTRIBUTION REQUESTED. *
