Lisa Thompson - HR Manager, Dairy Products, Ossett

I have been with Kerry Foods for nearly 5 years as HR Manager in Ossett. One of the most exciting aspects of my job was the roll out of the Kerry Foods Story to the whole site. The biggest challenge will be to ensure that we really embed our newly launched Purpose, Values and Vision and ensure that they are real for every person on site, and that they can see how living our values contributes to the performance of our business. The Kerry Foods value that resonates the most with me is ‘Better Together’. By working together as a team, all playing our part every day, we can achieve anything!
