How did you conduct it? As part of my audience evaluation, I started a group chat

in facebook messenger and sent my contacts a link to the music video on youtube, followed by my survey monkey hyperlink and asked them to all watch the video and fill in the survey with the relevant information. All people in the group chat were in my target audience range of 16-25 year olds. On the next slides, I will show you the responses given.

What have you learnt? After analysing the previous results I have come to the

conclusion that my music video was fairly successful and fit in with the indie pop genre with a clear storyline that all viewers could understand. When asked to interpret the video storyline, it was near enough a 50/50 split of thinking it was about the boyfriend dying in the army and about an overall relationship; it can be interpreted in both ways, therefore again, I think it was a success. In addition, the feedback stated that the transitions made it clear when it was a new day etc and that the song and the video worked well together in unison with a clear link. To add, 100% of the people who answered the survey, said that the video was a relevant and realistic concept.
