The Postal Service has made changes effective 11/23/08 to the address of discounted mail. Department address list must be verified with the Postal Service prior to printing of labels. This will save the mailer and the Postal Service money. Victoria Presort for a minimal fee will verify your address list. For more information, contact Larry Steen, Mail Services Clerk.

The Bulk Mail Form & Bulk Mail Worksheet will need to accompany all of your mailings. http://www.uhv.edu/Business/MailServices/
