ABOUT JAKARTA

Jakarta known as the Special Capital Region of Jakarta is the capital and largest city of Indonesia

Officially, Jakarta is not a city, but a province with special status as the capital of Indonesia

Located on the northwest coast of Java island, Jakarta is the country's economic, cultural and political centre

The area of the Jakarta is 7,659.02km2 (661.52km2 of land area and 6,997.5 km2

The administrative regency of Jakarta is Thousand Islands, is a collection of 110 small islands located on Java Sea

Jakarta has 44 sub districts and 267 urban villages
