Clive Whittington is Managing Director of C.M. Whittington & Associates Ltd. Hong Kong, and for the past 15 years his focus has been on sales development and technical service of primary nickel in Asia and ANZ. With Hong Kong partners, he is daily involved in LME hedging, warehousing, physical delivery, metallurgical service, market intelligence and commercial sales support. Clive also conducts original R&D, publishes peer-viewed papers and delivers seminars on the better use of nickel in end-use applications. Prior to his own companies, he worked for Alcoa Australia and Inco Australasia, where he was responsible for product development, application engineering and technical service of wrought products of aluminium alloys, austenitic stainless steel, high nickel alloys and surface finishing.

Jason Furness is the CEO of Manufacturship, an agile consulting practice that mentors, trains and advises senior and emerging leaders in production-based businesses to create rapid and sustainable performance improvements. Jason’s driving passion is to see organisations execute projects and production on or ahead of time to become world-class manufacturers. He is co-author of the recently released book ‘Manufacturing Money - How CEOs rapidly lift profits in manufacturing’.

Steve Scott is the Managing Director of Rivet Engineering in New Zealand, where is he leads a talented team of fabricators and designers that stretches typical fabrication ideas and techniques. Joining the PacRim stage to share his experience in the design and fabrication of the world-renowned Len Lye Centre, Scott was heavily involved in the striking architectural facade featuring 32 tonnes of 316L stainless steel. Scott is currently a Board Member of the New Zealand Stainless Steel Development Association (NZSSDA).

Peter Munckton is the Chief Economist and Head of Market Strategy at the Bank of Queensland. He has worked at the Federal Treasury in Canberra, as well as in senior economics roles at Bankers Trust and the CBA. He also has co-authored reports on the Australian and Chinese financial systems that gained significant domestic and international media attention.

Cameron Boon is Prinicipal of Boon Engineering Requirements where his passion is to assist clients in establishing comprehensive and detailed sets of requirements at the front end of projects, so that projects can proceed with reduced risk and increased opportunity. Cameron is an engineer by trade with 25 years’ experience in project, design and quality management in a diverse range of industries from manufacturing to capital works.
