10. In case of breach of this contract - customer/client(s), the customer/client agrees to pay the amount stated in section 6 as mitigated damages, plus attorney’s fees, court costs . Unless mutually agreed upon - both parties to terminate the contract agreement .

12. The Wyatt Band agrees to be responsible for harm, loss, or damage of any kind to musicians (s) person or property while located at the place of performance as mentioned in Section 3 herein .

13. The persons signing for a The Wyatt Band and the Musician(s) agree to be personally, jointly severally liable for the terms of this contract .
