A WEDDING RECEPTION MENU TO SUIT ALL BUDGETS!We offer an array of exquisite wedding catering options through our specialist Caterer for all tastes, dietary needs and budgets. Our Caterer will create an exceptional wedding menu for you, giving your wedding guests a memorable fine dining experience, offering impressive cuisine while combining natural flavours with flair and imagination.

We offer the broadest possible range of wedding menus including a wide variety of choices of food and beverages for your wedding. We can create seating options to suit you:

COTTAGEWe can accommodate up to 50 guests for sit down wedding dining, up to 65 guests for cocktails or buffet-style wedding dining.

CATTLEMAN’S BAR & GRILLWe can accommodate up to 250 guests for sit down wedding dining, up to 350 for cocktails or buffet-style wedding dining.

OUTBACK WEDDING CEREMONIESThe perfect wedding ceremony requires a unique and breathtakingly beautiful location. We have such a location, situated on 3 acres of bushland in the grounds of the iconic Australian Stockman’s Hall of Fame, providing the perfect rustic setting for beautiful weddings ceremonies.

Our wedding location’s magnificent surroundings provide you with beautiful and unique photographic opportunities and a tranquil venue atmosphere for your guests to relax and enjoy your wedding.

OUTBACK WEDDING RECEPTIONSWe understand that no two couples are exactly the same, and nor should their Outback wedding be either.

We specialise in classic intimate weddings. We have a dedicated and experienced Events Team that will work with you to create the wedding of your dreams.

Our Events Team will work towards creating your ideal wedding reception venue, whilst meeting your personal needs and working within your budget.

Corporate Events and ConferencesCATTLEMAN’S BAR & GRILLCattleman’s Bar & Grill can cater for a vast array of functions and events, varying in size, style & specific requirements. From a small intimate sit down dinner to a large upscale corporate event, the Cattleman’s Bar & Grill also has a private function cottage and outside function area suitable to every occasion. The Cattleman’s Bar & Grill can cater for, but is not limited to, the following:

COTTAGEThe Cottage can be used for either a seated corporate lunch or dinner, business meeting, or a stand up cocktail style event. This private room is suited to smaller groups who do not wish to book out the entire restaurant exclusively, but would still prefer to be in a private room.

FUNCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONSTentative Booking Tentative bookings must be confirmed, with a deposit of 25% of venue hire and beverage costs paid no later than 14 days from date of enquiry.

Final Confirmation of Numbers and Details Final details must be confirmed no more than 14 days prior to your event. This includes menus, beverages, starting time, restaurant layout, decoration and exact numbers. This will be the number of guests charged for regardless of non attendance.

Payment Details Payment of deposit must be received before any booking is confirmed. Functions booking the entire venue require 100% payment of food and any additional set up costs, no later than 7 days prior to the event. Final payment must be paid on the day of your event. We will accept all major cards, cash or business cheque.

Responsibility Cattleman’s Bar & Grill does not take responsibility for damage to or loss of any clients’ property left on the premises prior to, during or after a function. Organisers are financially responsible for any damage to the venue and/or venue property or extra cleaning costs caused by guests or people involved in your function.

Food & Beverage Supply Cattleman’s Bar & Grill does not, under any circumstance, allow you to bring your own beverages.

Duty of Care Under the liquor licensing laws of Queensland we have a duty of care in respect to all of our customers. Cattleman’s Bar & Grill operates under the responsible service of alcohol and reserves the right to refuse service to any person deemed to be intoxicated and may do harm to themselves, other people or property.

Cancellation Cattleman’s Bar & Grill asks for a 25% deposit on function bookings. Refunds will only be given if notice is received no later than 21 days prior to the event.

ALL PRICES ARE BASED ON CURRENT FORESEEABLE COSTS BUT MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGES OR INCREASES AT MANAGEMENT’S DISCRETION. PRIOR NOTICE WILL BE GIVEN IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.
