1. Go to www.docs.google.com2. Login info:

3. Click the folder that says “4th Annual Golf Tournament”The page should look like this after you have done that:

4. Click on the folder that says “For PRSSA Members”

It should look like this after you kicked on it.

5. Here, you will find the Golf Tournament Sponsor Sheet, Golf Tournament Players List, and the letters to the sponsors and players.

How to Make a Change to the Golf Tournament Sponsor Sheet

1. Click on the file the says “2013 PRSSA Golf Tournament Sponsor SheetYou will see a spreadsheet of items come up like this:

2. Locate the sponsor you would like to solicit (scroll down and find sponsors). You will see a column that has the title “PRSSA Contact Person.” Click on this to open the text box (This works like an Excel Spreadsheet). Put your name down as the contact person – you will now be responsible for soliciting that sponsor. Locate the contact information and business location listed beside the business, and use this to contact your business. If your business does not have a contact person or information listed about the location, you will need to research this on your own (Google, phone book, word-of-mouth). The is also a column that identifies whether or not this is an old or new sponsor – this will tell you what solicitation letter to give them.bbb

To Download and Print off a Sponsor Letter

1. Locate the folder that says “Letters”

2. On this page, you will see two folders; one for sponsors and one for players. Click on sponsors.

3. On this page, locate the letter you need – one is labeled for sponsors, and one is for previous sponsors. You can find out which letter you need by looking at the master golf tournament sponsor list, find your business, and look down the row to the column that says “Previous Sponsor?”

4. Click on the letter that you need, and click on the printer button (indicated by the box below) and print the letter off.
