SkyLIFE Global Joins The Humanitarian Logistics Association

The Humanitarian Logistics Association (HLA), a non-profit international membership association for humanitarian logistics professionals and organizations, announced today that SkyLIFE Global has joined the association. SkyLIFE also participated in the 7th annual general assembly, held in Nairobi, Kenya in October 2019, Where Jeffery Potter was a key speaker.

SkyLIFE Global, based in the USA, is a pioneer in airdrop technology for Humanitarian Aid. Most recently, the Royal Thai Armed Forces invited SkyLIFE to conduct demonstration airdrops at the 39 th

annual Cobra Gold exercise. The exercise is the world’s largest humanitarian military exercise intended to strengthen humanitarian missions in the Asia-Pacific region. The exercise is co-sponsored by the Royal Thai and U.S. armed forces. At Cobra Gold, the Royal Thai Armed forces will be aerially dropping 5,000 of SkyLIFE’s SkyPACKs™, each SkyPACK™ carries up to 10 oz of aid (water, food, medical etc). In addition, SkyLIFE will be featuring droppable communication devices, an often-overlooked form of Humanitarian Aid. The airdrops will be discharged from drones and helicopters in simulated disaster responses including flood scenarios.
