outside our doors. Our great room offers the perfect spot for gathering, eating, and socializing. Handcrafted cocktails and local

brews are served with the harbor views on our second floor terrace at the Skiff Bar. Rooms are nautically inspired and

Event Information

Food & Beverage Our Event Planners are delighted to help you select the menus that are perfect for your event. Our Event Managers and

Executive Chef will work together and prepare a customized proposal to meet your specific needs. To ensure the safety of our

guests and to comply with local health regulations, neither patrons or their guests shall be allowed to bring food or beverage

into the hotel or take them out of the hotel We are at your service to design a custom menu and to accommodate your special

requests which will ensure the success of your event. The final details of your event are to be submitted to your Event

Manager at least two weeks prior to your event so our entire staff may prepare to accommodate your needs. Our culinary team

uses only the freshest ingredients in preparing your meals. Due to market conditions, menu prices may change without notice,

unless guaranteed in the signed Sales Agreement or confirmed by a signed Event Order.

Liquor RegulationsHotel liquor license requires that only Hotel supplies alcoholic beverages and that only Hotel Staff may dispense alcoholic

beverages. Alcohol will be denied to those guests who appear intoxicated or who are under 21 years of age. Hotel will refuse

to service guests without legal identification. Service is limited to two (2) drinks per person per trip to the bar. Open Bar

service is limited to five (5) hours. Liquor is served until 12:45am. Non-alcoholic beverages may be provided for functions

that run past this time

Attendance Guarantees To best serve you and your guests, a final confirmation of attendance or “guarantee” is required one week prior to your event.

This count may not be reduced within this time period; however we will be prepared to serve 3% more than the guarantee. If

no guarantee is received, the Hotel will charge for the expected number of guests as indicated on the Event Order.

Service Charge and Taxes All prices are based per person and a customary 25% Taxable Service Charge, 7% State Sales Tax and 1% Food & Beverage

Tax will be added to all items.

Final Payment

Final payment is required (1) one week prior to your function by a Certified Check or Credit Card.

Safety Regulations & LiabilityArrangements for floral centerpieces and special themed events can be made through your Event Expert. All decorations,

staging, exhibits, etc. must meet within the approval of the Fire Marshall’s office and safety codes of the Marriott Hotel. The

Hotel will not permit the affixing of anything to the walls, floors or ceilings of the function room with nails, tacks, staples or

tape without proper approval. Contacts agree to be responsible for any damage to the function room(s) or any other part of the

Hotel by the client, his/her guests, invitees, employees, independent contractors or other agents under the client’s control.

Contacts additionally agree to ensure all outside vendors meet the hotel’s insurance requirements. The hotel will not assume

or accept any responsibility for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the Hotel prior to, during or following an

event.
