IN WORSHIP! Beyond Crayons and Cheerios: Take a look

at the Highlights and point out ways that your family can

participate in the mission projects. God has uniquely gifted

each one of us to further his kingdom. Operation

Christmas Child Shoe Box collections is a good place to start. Each shoebox

gift is an opportunity to share about Jesus Christ and God’s love.

Practice your Sermon Sitting at home with a devotion using the account

of the Good Samaritan, Luke 10:25-37. Discuss that shoebox gifts through

the Samaritan’s Purse project is something your family can do along with

your church family to show God’s love to someone you don’t know.

Attention all PrimeTimers: November’s meeting on Monday, November, 12th has been changed to Tuesday, November 13th. Due to conflicting schedules, we felt it is better to reschedule the meeting with Dave Beringer than have a meeting without his presentation. So, plan on meeting in the Emmaus Room at 11:30am on Tuesday, November 13th for a potluck luncheon and Dave's African Mission Trip presentation. There will be a short business meeting following Dave’s presentation. Topics will include activities for 2019. Hosts for November meeting are Pat and Billy Smyre.

Twenty-four PrimeTimers attended the Hudson Dinner Theater for dinner and a musical about Adam, Eve and Noah. A good time was had by all.

Looking ahead to next meeting on Wednesday, December 12th, we will host the meal after the Advent Service that starts at 11:15 AM. Plan on bringing extra for our Guests. The meal will begin at noon. Come early and plan to attend the service then we will have our meal.

Remember, the next meeting is Tuesday, November 13th in the Emmaus Room at 11:30 AM. We welcome anyone that is 55 and older to our gatherings and activities.
