BAGGIE BIRD’S CARVERY AND STADIuM TOuRBaggie Bird would like to invite you to a fun family afternoon at The Hawthorns. A fantastic early Christmas gift for all Baggies Fans! On arrival, you’ll be taken on a tour of the ground and will have the opportunity to ‘go behind the scenes’ and visit the newly refurbished West Stand including the Players’ Dressing Rooms and dugout areas.

Guests will return to the East Stand for a fantastic three-course carvery and later in the afternoon, Baggie Bird will be dropping by to say Hello. A guaranteed fantastic afternoon out for all the family.

TERMS &CONDITIONSA deposit of £10 per guest (non-refundable) is required to secure your booking. Full payment is required no later than 3 weeks prior to the event date.

Cancellation policy – bookings cancelled 4 weeks or more prior to the event date will result in a cancellation charge being levied of £10 per guest. Bookings paid for in full and cancelled after this time will result in a full cancellation fee being charged.

Any guests who require vegetarian dishes or who have special dietary requirements should inform the Conference and Banqueting Team a minimum of 10 days prior to the event.Guests are reminded that smoking is not permitted on-site.No food or drink may be brought onto the premises.Under no circumstances may guests bring their own drinks onto the premises or consume any drinks that may have been obtained via raffles, tombola prizes or similar. Random checks will be in place on arrival.

We request that customers are smartly dressed and refrain from wearing jeans, trainers or football shirts. Any guests not adhering to this may be refused entry.

Party organisers and/or company representatives shall indemnify West Bromwich Albion Football Club (“the Club”), its Directors, Officers and Employees against all charges, claims, damage, liabilities, proceedings, demands, fines, fees, costs or expenses (to include legal expenses on a solicitor and own client basis) including but not limited to, loss or goodwill, loss of profit and loss of opportunity suffered by the Club directly and indirectly as a result of any breach of these Terms and Conditions and/or the negligence or wilful default of the party organisers and/or company representatives or any of their guests.

We reserve the right to change the room/entertainment or offer an alternative option if bookings fall below a certain number as specified by ourselves.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking, due to football fixture rescheduling or any other unforeseen circumstance. In such a case, an alternative date/option will be offered.
