Never underestimate a fire. With enoughoxygen and other fuels, even the smallest flamecan turn into a full-scale blaze, destroyingeverything in its path in just six minutes. Theproblem is, even if firefighters are rushing to your

aid, external factors such as traffic andconstruction could prevent them from reachingyou in time.

Which means that to beat a fire, you need twoimportant things on your side: Quick response

time and a powerful firefighting equipment that’seasily accessible on the premises. Equipmentthat gives you the power to take on any kind offire, of any size.

Ceasefire has just the solution. IntroducingCF 2000 and CF 3000, the most advancedstandalone Watermist hydrant systems in themarket today.

Powered by revolutionary Watermist technology,CF 2000 and CF 3000 maximise the firefightingand cooling properties of water, and thenincrease it manifold.

These advanced standalone Watermist hydrantsystems are highly dependable. Beingstandalone firefighters, you don’t need to worryabout issues like malfunctioning pipelines andwear and tear on parts that affect commerciallyavailable hydrants. What’s more, while otherhydrants run dry and other fire extinguishers are

exhausted before putting out all the flames,CF 2000 and CF 3000 continue the fightagainst fire.

Featuring the same potent firefighting power asconventional hydrants with much more efficientusage of water, CF 3000 use just 60 litres of waterwhere a normal hydrant would needs thousandsof gallons to achieve the same results. CF 2000on the other hand can be connected to existingwater pipes, ensuring an unlimited water supply.

Why CF 2000 and CF 3000?

About CF 2000

About CF 3000CF 3000 is a self-contained, standalonefirefighting device, suitable for locations withno ready supply of compressed air and water. This easy-to-use system features an in-builtpressure container, water storage unit and anoptional foam supply unit. In an emergency, allyou need to do is pull out the long hose, activatethe device and instantly, you’ll be armed withCF 3000’s immense firefighting power.

The Watermist hose reel CF 2000 practicallyguarantees an unlimited water supply. It canbe easily connected to an existing waterpipe/hydrant and pressure line – effectivelymaking hundreds of litres of air and water readilyavailable for fighting the flames. It also featuresan AFFF Foam additive option for increasedextinguishing power. In other words, there isvirtually no limit to its fire suppression power.

How Watermist works.Revolutionary technology break water downinto a fine mist. This mist is then thrown at thefire with a great kinetic force, covering a largesurface area. As soon as the mist comes intocontact with the fire, it instantly turns into

steam. Enveloping the flames, cutting downthe oxygen supply and reducing thetemperature to below combustion levels.Ensuring that even the largest fire succumbsto Watermist technology. In minutes.

CF 2000 and CF 3000 features. The advanced standalone Watermist hydrantsystems CF 2000 and CF 3000 are powered bythe following features, guaranteeing yourpremises fire protection, 24x7.

Effective use of water In the case of conventional water hydrants,

just 5% of water directed at the fire actually helpsput out the fire effectively. But in the case ofCF 2000 and CF 3000, 100% water is convertedinto mist, which thanks to a vast evaporationsurface, evaporates in the fire environment.Making CF 2000 and CF 3000 far more effectivecompared to a conventional water hydrant.

Smaller droplets to fight larger fires As water extinguishes fire by reducing the

temperature, the more area covered, the higherthe cooling. CF 2000 and CF 3000 ensure 3 timesfurther reach than normal Watermist hydrants thatemit droplets of 100µ to 150µ by converting waterinto small droplets of < 40µ.

Thermal barrierThanks to large surface coverage, the

mist’s cross-section of water droplets createa barrier against radiation. As a result of the ‘mistcurtain’, the firefighter is insulated from the heatbeing radiated and can approach the blazingfire fearlessly.

Can be used on all classes of firesCF 2000 and CF 3000 work on all classes

of fire as well as electrically started fires (E).Making them the perfect firefighters.

Compatible with electronic equipmentThe extinguishing agent, water, is

converted to a ‘dry to the touch’ gas and doesnot cause thermal shock when it comes incontact with electronic equipment. As a result,CF 2000 and CF 3000 conduct no electricity(up to 35 kV) and can be safely used onelectrically started fires. Which means thatthere’s no risk of getting electrocuted, even ifthere is a leakage of electrical current around

the fire on which the mist is sprayed.

Independent of power supply As the system uses water stored in an

inbuilt tank, in case of CF 3000, or from a watermain, in the case of CF 2000, and the pressure forthe throw/dispensing mechanism and mistcreation is facilitated by the pressurised nitrogengas, the system needs no power supply forpressurising the water or for manufacturingcompressed air.

Facility of using the same system forMist as well as for Foam

CF 2000 and CF 3000’s preconfigured settings letyou switch from Watermist to AFFF foam and vice

versa at a switch of a button.

Safe on peopleThe mist from CF 2000 and CF 3000 is

made of water or inorganic salt solutions anddoes not harm people or the environment in theway that fire extinguishers using chemically activesubstances would.

Safe on buildings As there’s no thermal shock damage,

there’s no risk of cracks to structural elements, steel casings and power line ceramics.

Safe on propertyIn case of conventional fire solutions,

about 80% damage is not directly caused by theflames, but by flooding with water orcontamination by foam or active chemicalextinguishing powder. In case of CF 2000 andCF 3000, the water evaporates on contact withthe fire, ensuring minimal collateral damage.

Easy on the environmentThe mist generated by these firefighting

systems is 100% non-toxic and eco-friendly.

CF 2000 gives you more.Unlimited water supplyCF 2000 sources water from a water main, allowing for continuous operation. That’shundreds of readily available litres of water, sothat you can be sure your firefighter doesn’t goout before the fire does.

One-time installation costComprising components such as overhead watertanks, pipelines, and fittings, etc, once installedthe system is easy to maintain and does notrequire re-installation.

Designated location for easy accessibilityBeing a permanent fixture, the location of theHydrant system would be known to all personneland staff as well as prominently marked and canbe accessed quickly during an emergency.

Applications

CF 2000 and CF 3000 can be used for allkinds of applications. Not only do theseadvanced standalone Watermist hydrantsystems provide critical backup in areaswhere there is a multiple fire risk, they are

a necessity in premises that are far awayfrom Fire Stations and at plants/factories thatare prone to fires that can quickly reachcritical/blaze stage.CF 2000 and CF 3000 are suitable for:

Technical Features:

CF 3000 gives you more. The CF 3000 has its very own pressure and watersupply. Which means that it never lets you down.

Low maintenanceIn conventional hydrant systems, componentssuch as the overhead water tank, pipelines,

jockey pump, etc, require regular maintenance.Since CF 3000 uses water and gas stored ininbuilt tanks, it has virtually no maintenancerequirement.

No installation costComprising numerous components such asoverhead water tanks, pipelines, electrical wiring

and fittings, etc, the installation costs ofconventional hydrant systems tend to be veryhigh. As CF 3000 is a standalone unit and needsno installation or fittings to become operational, there are a minimum to no installation costs.

Flexible locationMost conventional hydrant systems are designedto be installed near staircases. But in case ofCF 3000, the installation point or the location isas per the choice and convenience of the user, giving the customer the option to place thehydrant closer to high-risk areas.

Can be shiftedIn a conventional hydrant system, the installationinvolves a permanent investment in piping, water tank, etc, which cannot be shifted fromone building to another. CF 3000’s portabilityis advantageous to businesses that run fromrented premises, as it can be easily shifted toanother premise.
