Open Glass BasketsThe Open Glass Basket is suitable for glasses that measure up to 150mm, such as Pint Glasses, Tumbler Glasses, Half Pint Glasses and Hi Ball Glasses. The basket comes with offset hand slots (making it easier to handle) and is coated in a ‘premium’ plastic coating for added hygiene and durability.

Divided Glass BasketsThe Divided Glass Basket is suitable for specialist style glasses that measure up to 150mm, such as Shot Glasses, Cocktail Glasses, Champagne Glasses and Wine Glasses. The basket is compartmented and angled to aid the drying process and to prevent glass damage.

Half Glass BasketsThe Half Glass Basket has been designed by Clenaware Systems as a versatile basket and has two individual uses. The basket can be used as a glass carrier for staff collecting glasses and has a durable carry handle making it easy and comfortable for staff to carry. The basket can also be used in the glass washer and is ideal when only wanting to wash a small volume of glasses. The basket comes with four corner clips as standard, and is coated with a premium plastic coating for added hygiene and durability.

Tall Glass BasketsThe Tall Glass Basket is suitable for Continental style glasses that measure over 150mm in height. This includes glassware such as Pilsner, Peroni and Heineken Glasses. The basket is compartmented and angled to aid with the drying process and also has special glass support inserts to safely accommodate taller glasses.

Divider KitsThe basket Divider Kit is suitable for use in a 40, 45 or 50 size glass washing basket. The plastic inserts can be put together in a matrix to make a maximum of 36 compartments allowing you to turn a standard open basket into a more versatile basket, enabling you to wash a number of varied glassware items instead of having to use separate baskets for specific glass styles.

Carafe InsertThe Carafe Insert is used for washing Wine Carafes and Decanters, which in normal standard glass washing baskets would probably topple over resulting not only in breakages but also the Carafes not being thoroughly cleaned. The insert is designed to fit inside a 500mm2 (50 size) basket.

Compartmented Glass BasketsThe Compartmented Glass Basket with adjustable inserts and carry handles, allows you to use the basket in several different ways. Remove all the inserts to use it as an open basket, use the horizontal inserts for a divided version, or use the horizontal and vertical inserts for a compartmented version allowing you to wash all styles of glassware.

Wash It Glass Washers

Fresh Water WashUnlike other machines that reuse the wash water, the Sovereign Glass Washer is a “Fresh Water Wash” machine which always ensures the last wash is exactly the same as the first. The “Fresh Water Wash” system replaces the water every time, and what’s more, the rinse water is always fresh to ensure that you obtain the same consistent “Perfect” result every time.

Plastics Wash CycleThe Sovereign Glass Washer has a dedicated “Plastics Wash Cycle”, designed for washing plastic / polycarbonate glasses. The “Plastics Wash Cycle” adopts the correct washing process for plastics and therefore results in a much better wash. It also helps to prolong the life span of plastic glasses.

Dedicated Renovate CycleThe Sovereign Glass Washer has a dedicated “Renovate Cycle” for renovating glasses. This cycle removes the build up of non-rinsable films to make glasses like new again. The dedicated “Renovate Cycle” is unique to Clenaware machines; it can be run at any time without the need for emptying and re-filling the machine.

Dry In Just 4 MinutesTo serve the “Perfect Drink” you need a dry glass. The Airack Glass Dryer will dry up to 30 pint glasses in just 4 minutes. Do away with tea towels or paper towels and simply place the basket on the Airack and hit “Start”. Just four minutes later, you will have a completely dry glass in which to serve the “Perfect Drink”.



AirackThe standard Airack has an automatic 4 minute timer, a drain funnel for excess water and an air filter. The Airack is available in three different sizes; 40, 45 and 50.

Airack LiteThe Airack Lite is the sister of the Airack and comes with a manual timer that can be set up to 30 minutes, water drainage via the top cover and no air filter. The Airack Lite is available in three different sizes; 40, 45 and 50.

Airack Stands & BrandingThe Airack stand is the perfect addition to the Airack. It provides the correct working height and can be provided with a Tundish to drain away excess water. The stand also has storage space for two further baskets and can be either static or mobile. The Airack can also be supplied with custom branding.

Easy To Install & UseThe Airack Glass Dryer is simple to install and use. It plugs into a standard 13 amp plug and has one control button... “Start”. Static and Mobile UnitsStoring glasses correctly will prevent cross-contamination and dampness which can result in a poorly presented, tired-looking, flat-tasting and past-its-best drink.

Basket units are ideal as glasses are stored in the unit using the correct basket from the glass washer & Airack, this means less handling of the glasses, and results in no cross-contamination and good ventilation during storage.

Storage SolutionsClenaware basket units are available as 3 or 5 tier high units and as static or mobile. All basket units are made from solid stainless steel making them durable and robust. All basket units are supplied with catch trays as standard.

Static UnitsStatic basket units slide snugly and easily into spare space in the bar area, ideally next to your Glass washer and Airack glass dryer. Static basket units are available as 3 or 5 tier high units.

Mobile UnitsMobile basket units are designed for easy movement around the bar area. As standard they come with braked castors for safety once the unit is in position for storage. They are available as 3 or 5 tier high units.

DurableThe basket units are made of solid Stainless Steel and so not only look ‘swish’, but are able to handle the knocks and bumps of a busy bar area. All basket units are supplied with high quality catch trays as standard.

ensure that the “Clenaware Experience” is the best that it can be.

Clenaware Monitoring System (CMS)The Clenaware Monitoring System allows for the complete management of the Clenaware machine and records and reports through an easy to use online interface that users can access on a real-time, 24/7 basis from any internet enabled PC. The CMS also allows for the management of multiple machines across single locations or estates.

• Access to real-time machine data through any standard Internet Browser• Access to a wide range of machine usage reports and audit trails • Monitoring of items such as the consumption of power, water and consumable parts• Complete tracking of machine history• Indentifying service and maintenance issues before they arise • Reducing engineer call outs and costs whilst increasing the first time fix rate

Machine InstallationWe offer a complete Installation, Removal and Disposal service for your new or replacement Clenaware machine. The Installation, Removal and Disposal service covers all machines in the Clenaware range and is carried out by trained Clenaware engineers.

Machine Maintenance ServiceWe offer a complete Machine Maintenance Service package which is designed to provide maintenance and service to your Clenaware machine, ensuring that it continues to provide first class results. Like all equipment, a regular service provides long term benefits for the machine and its life span. All Machine Maintenance Services are carried out by trained Clenaware engineers and include any service parts that need to be replaced.

Machine AssessmentA Clenaware machine assessment service can be offered as an alternative to fixing a problem or breakdown there and then. The machine assessment service has been introduced to help customers gain a better understanding of the condition of their machine. The machine assessment service involves an engineer visit on site and to spend approximately 1 hour assessing the whole machine. The engineer will look at all the key aspects and functionality of the machine. Following the assessment, customers receive a full report on the machines condition alongside any recommended actions to bring the machine up to a good working standard. The advantages of this service is that it gives you a full report on the whole machine so that you can make an informed decision on what actions you wish to take.

Machine RefurbishmentFor anyone that has a Clenaware machine we offer a Machine Refurbishment Service. A machine refurbishment can be requested for many reasons; perhaps the machine is unserviceable and hasn’t been in use for a while, or maybe a refit means the opportunity to refurbish existing machines. For whatever reason, Clenaware can refurbish machines to the same high standard of any new machine it manufactures.
