RWA discussion items 11-39 (recorded in subsequent slides)were discussed with the MLA, Mr. N A Haris in attendance. In addition to discussing each individual agenda item, Mr. Haris also:

• Committed to resolve all the RWA issues and instructed the BBMP officers to ensure satisfactory resolutions

• Requested the BBMP officers to provide copies of Tenders, Schedule A, Schedule D and other associated work documents upon RWAs’ request

• Requested the BBMP officers to facilitate a direct meeting between RWAs and contractors carrying out the BBMP work.

• MoM will be sent to agency officials who were unable to attend the Ward Sabha

Please note that the budget information mentioned in the subsequent slides were mapped based on POW and other data provided by BBMP, which have also been shared along with minutes.
