Robinson crowned Ambrosine Mary Crane of Sayville the college ' s Spring Queen. Am- brosine Mary is secretary of the junior class and is a student of secondary education majoring in Spanish. The Junior Garden Club held their first Daffodil Show last Tuesday at the Sayville Methodist Church. Blue Ribbon winners were Victoria Kraus, Virginia Lee Kraus, Marline Fecteau and Lisa Grootendorst. Mrs. Henry C. Nye of East Pa tchogue judged the specimen Hooms. The committee assisting the chairman, Mrs . Paul N. Westerbeke Sr. were Mius Margaret Herron, Mrs . Mark Redlein , Mrs. William R. Swettman , Mrs. Norman Tanner and Mrs . Cornells Grootendorst. The prizes awarded to the Blue Ri bbon winners were donated by Fnedbergs Farm and Garden Supply Store and the Sayville Garden Club, Inc. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Dresch of Carrie Avenue are grandparents for the first time, a girl , Kathryn Anne. The parents are Lieut. Henry Dresch, U.S. Coast Guard, and his wife , Linda. Both parents are graduate students at the University of Illinois. Lieut. Dresch will receive his degree in Civil Engineering and his wife will receive her MA in mathematics in June.
