Volunteer Rewards
Nationwide’s Volunteer Rewards Program is available to both associates and Nationwide-
exclusive agents
Associates and agents are eligible once they volunteer 25 hours with a single
qualified organization
Associates and agents can qualify twice each calendar year
The organization is awarded a $100 grant
The associate is awarded one day of paid time off
Volunteer of the Year
Each year since 2006, we’ve honored one associate who best exemplifies our spirit of
‘more than a business’
Nominations come from associates (including self-nominations), nonprofit organizations,
and the community
The winner receives a $5,000 grant for their organization and two days of paid time off
Nine finalists earn a $500 grant for their organization and one day of paid time off
Leadership Grants
This program rewards leaders who serve on nonprofit boards on behalf of Nationwide
The organization receives a $500 grant
