Financials – commentary• Cash

– Cash at Bank as at 31 March 2012 is AUD752k

• Margins

– In 2011, the Company concentrated on its own manufactured products including electric scooters

– Electric scooters gross margins are 15%-36%

– Strategic decision to focus on electric scooter market as it was predicted that the demand for electric scootersand/or electric motorcycles will reach 120 million units per year by 2017

– Gross margins are higher for electric scooters than petrol scooters. This is expected to improve further as theorder for parts increase to achieve economies of scale

• Land and buildings (manufacturing facility)

– Land and buildings are carrying at cost of AUD4.6m as at 31 December 2011 on the balance sheet. Thecurrent valuation for the land and buildings is approximately AUD8.3m for the manufacturing facility;

– Current market capitalisation of Vmoto is at AUD7.6m.

• Bank operating facility

– The total bank operating facility approved is AUD5.3m (RMB34m) and the total amount drawn down from the bank operating facility as at 31 March 2012 is AUD3.5m (RMB22.9m);

– AUD780k (RMB5m) is repayable in May 2012, AUD764k (RMB4.9m) is repayable in July 2012 and AUD2m (RMB10m) is repayable in January 2013;

– The annual interest rate is 8.2% and is secured against Nanjing Manufacturing Facility.
