Good to Great (Jim Collins)

Great Vision without  Great People is irrelevant.

Get the right people on the bus and also in the right seats.

Great people on the bus find the Vision.

2) Confront the brutal facts.

Look at data that defines our current reality.  No matte r how brutal the facts are, never lose faith that we can go from good to great.

Good is the enemy of great.

3) Simplicity and Focus.

What is it that we are passionate about?

What is it at which we want to be great?

What is it at which we can be great?

4) Culture of Discipline.

Stay focused on our passion.

Do away with things that take us off focus.

Disciplined people, disciplined thought,

disciplined action.
