The villa has 5 rooms and has capacity for 10 people.

It lies behind the village of San José directly by the sea, situated in Cala Carbó with a spectacular view of the Mediterranean and overlooking the mythical island rock "Es Vedra". Peace, quiet and a natural landscape are the main features of this loca-tion, together with wonderful sunsets and a view of Ibiza's emblem.

Anam Cara, with its three majestic domes, features 350m2 of living space and terrac-es, incorporated into a Moorish style with an oriental feel. There is a swimming pool area of 350 m2 in a patio and some partially covered verandas including elegantly towering arches. Palm trees sway in the garden. The outdoor area consists of 3200 m2 located in a peaceful, private and natural zone, facing the sea.

Villa Anam Care

The villa has five bedrooms, lounge and dining room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitch-en. Wi-Fi, an alarm system, satellite TV and AC are in every room. A Bose CD /DVD System is available. Ground floor heating under the natu-ral marble tiles in the 1st.floor continues into the master bed room situated next to the living room. Sliding Glass windows in the living area can be opens completely onto the porch and terrace. A natural breeze substitutes the use of the AC. Second master bedroom with dressing room , double bed, air con and bathroom en suite. This is one of the most impressive private properties on the Island

The three guest rooms have been decorated with loving care and have a view of the sea.

The right place for a relaxing holiday or as a suita-ble surrounding for working. All rooms with bath or shower room en suite, Satellite TV, AC , alarm system, safe and partially Wi-Fi. The cleaning lady comes 3x a week. A house-keeper takes care of the swimming pool and out-door maintenance.
