Customized Mentoring Program

• Each program lasts 10-13 week

• 2-3 promising start-ups per quarter

• During the acceleration program, start-ups get

– Intense mentoring through a structured program

– Ongoing guidance and progress monitoring by angels-in-residence on an weekly basis

– Specific and customized mentoring by advisors-in-residence, subject matter experts and angel investors

– Business connections and co-founder introductions asrequired

• Each start-up gets up to 150 hours of personal mentoring in all aspects of business – business planning, product, marketing and PR, sales, legal, human resources, operations, finance and accounting and fund raising.

• VentureNursery takes an acceleration equity of 5% in each start-up

• At the end of the acceleration program, all qualifying start-ups make a pitch to the VN Angels for graduation and capital

• VentureNursery continues to provide support to all its start-ups even after they have exited the program
