chappatti.

Variation :

- Instead of using store bought sambhar powder, you canprepare the masala powder at home. Dry roast 1 tblsp channadal, 1 tblsp corriander seeds, ½ tsp peppercons, 5-7 dry redchillies. Make a powder and add to the gravy. This freshly madepowder is much more flavourful than the store bought powder. But for busy moms and working ladies, a good brand of sambharpowder is the best alternative.
