ADMISSION NOTIFICATION FOR ‘ NURSERY’

❖ Application Form for the Admission to Nursery Class for the academic year 2020-2021 is available

on the School Website from Saturday, 14 March 2020 to Wednesday, 08 April 2020.

❖ Download the application from School Website. Application forms will not be issued in school.

❖ The Child’s age should be 2 year 6 months to 3 years 5 months as on 1 June, 2020 (i.e., the child’s

birth year should be between 01-Jan.-2017 and 31-Dec.-2017).

❖ Parents have to submit the duly filled application form along with necessary documents in person

in the school office on or before Thursday, 09 April 2020.

❖ All the applications received till Thursday, 09 April 2020 will be processed. The incomplete

application forms will not be considered and hence, they are rejected.

❖ The total number of available seats is 80.

❖ Priority is given to our school Staff Wards and the Siblings of our school Students.

❖ If the number of Applications is in excess of 80, then the selection is based on a Lot. The lottery

date is on Friday, 17 April 2020 at 3:00 p.m. in the school campus in the presence of parents.

❖ The list of selected students for Nursery class for the academic year 2020-2021 will be put up

on the school notice board on Saturday, 18 April 2020.

❖ The Parents of the selected students have to meet the person in charge at the school office and

complete the admission formality between Saturday, 18 April 2020 and Monday, 20 April

2020 between 10:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Note:

• Fees must be paid every year by 25th MAY in ONE INSTALLMENT, so that students can

start the academic session from 1st June.

• Every year there will be a maximum hike of 10% from the previous year’s school fees.

❖ The Parents of Nursery Class must attend an Orientation Programme regarding the pedagogy,

rules and regulations of the school. The Orientation programme will be organized in the School

campus from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, 25 May 2020.

❖ For any queries regarding admission, contact Mr. Banuchandra B. in the School Office between

3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on all week-days except Saturday and Sunday. Enquiries MUST be

made IN PERSON. Telephonic enquiries are not entertained.
