Note : Students taking admission to 2nd year through lateral entry are required to clear bridge courses.
(B) lmportant Dates:
Start of Session: 22"" July,2o13
Last Date of Admission: 15"' August, 2013
(C) Procedure for Admission:Specimen Application form to be filled by the candidate desirous of taking admission to thesecourses is attached at Annexure B.
The colleges / Institutes shall announce in the leading newspaper the last date to apply forthese courses. lt should prepare the merit list of the candidates and display on the CollegeNotice Boards
Preoaration of Merit list(i) The rank of the qualified candidates in the merit list shall be determined on the basis of
aggregate marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
(ii) There will be separate merit lists for General and Reserved categories / subcategories (ifapplicable) candidates.
(iii) The rank of the candidates in the merit list securing equal marks will be in accordance with thefollowing criteria:
(a) The candidate securing higher aggregate percentage marks in the qualifyingexamination shall rank higher in order of merit.
(b) In the case of tie in (a) above, the candidate senior in age shall rank higher in order ofmerit.
The application along with all qualification certificates should be produced in original for theeligibility check. Non refundable admission processing fee amounting to Rs. 1,000/ (Rupee onethousand only) would have to be deposited in the university while confirming eligibility together withthe University related fee of Rs. 1 150/ per student.
A list of candidates, duly authenticated by the Principal, in the format attached, must be submittedto the university in hard and soft copy.
