`What is YGEP?
YGEP is the new product which AIESEC India oGCDP has packaged to be sold in the external network. YGEP stands for Youth Global Entrepreneurial Programme
Y It is by the youth and for the youth.G We give a Global experienceE This experience hones Entrepreneurial Skills. P It is a structured and certified program.
`Why a new product?
• Entrepreneurship is the need of the country (AIESEC can play a direct role in offering programmes which have inherent value propositions based on these lines).
• oGCDP in our reality do not have a brand. It was difficult to explain our product for external partnerships
• Product centric and customer centric approach.
• The program needed a lot of customizability which random selling did not allow.

• Every issue has its own target market in such a way that every sector of the youth can be attracted by the product.
• Marketing strategy can be specifically formulated for every issue depending on the target market.
