    MCKESSON: The Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor is an innovative contract

    method used to provide drugs and other pharmaceuticals to our nation’s and

    Veterans and other federal Government agencies.

    CARDINAL HEALTH 200: The program is mandatory for all VA medical

    centers and consists of seven prime vendor contracts. Medical Centers pay

    prime vendors a distribution fee plus the product price. Product prices are

    primarily established by the Federal Supply Schedule Program (FSS),
