Getting started To download United Restaurant
Supplies FREE mobile ordering
tool, visit the app store and search
“URS Connect”. You’ll notice two
separate versions: English and
French. Choose whichever is
best for you, download and then
run the Application.

Logging in
Tap the URS Connect icon
on your device
Use your URS Connect
username and
password to login then
tap GO
This info will be
provided to the client by
your representative
Dashboard The dashboard will list all of the different features available within your URS Connect Mobile account

Tap the “Menu bar“
button to pull up
the “Navigation bar”
which contains your
filters and the following
buttons:

on the Dashboard to begin

Browse Orders
Products - Ordering
When you find what you're looking
for, just enter a quantity in the
blank field. You can also tap the
Quick Add Tool in the lower right.
You can also tap the Quick Add
Tool in the lower right.
Type the item description,
product number or key
words in the Search Bar.
After the items in your list
appear, scroll through the
results with the touch of
your finger.
If you want to refine
your search, try
adding a filter or
two to narrow down
your choices.

Tap on any item in the
product list to either
select your quantity for
ordering or view product
information and inventory
available.
Tap on Manufacturer
Info to view the PIC
card

Also view product
information such as
allergens, nutritionals,
health benefits, serving
suggestions and more!
Orders
You can also
click on the
Shopping Cart to
create a New
Order. This will
bring you right
into Products,
where you can
select your Order
guide or Custom
Guide, and then
begin adding
items to your cart.
Tap on the
Orders button
to review Order
History, Order
Status or Order
Confirmations.
When you are
finshed adding
products to your
order, click on the
shopping cart.
Tap submit order
to finalise your
order.

Verify order has been
submitted by navigating
to order history tab
Make sure there is
a check mark next
to your order.
Invoices
Tap here for Invoices
View up to 1 full year’s
worth of invoices and
payment history.
Also, use invoice filters
to narrow in on invoice
status such as paid,
past due and account
balances.

Scroll invoices OR search invoice
number to view invoice
Click an invoice to view details
Customers
View your Multi-Unit
Locations by tapping
the Customers icon.
Simply select the customer
account you want to view and
quickly gain access to your
account details.
Toggle between your various
customer accounts by selecting a
different account.
Customers - Details
Here we can view payment terms,
email and phone number
When you have switched accounts,
you can then access order / invoice
history and place new orders from
that location.
We can also tap the "new order"
button to create a new order.
Settings
Tap for Settings
Access the following
commands:
General
Turn on/off Auto
Increment:
If ON, will add one unit of
product to cart after
Barcode scan
Languages
Switch from English to
French
Logging out
Tap the Logout icon
Confirm by tapping Okay
