Plan de estudios

MÓDULO IFilosofía, modelos, teorías y ética en enfermería El propósito de este módulo es profundizar en la esencia, estructura y naturaleza de la enfermería, destacando su importancia como disciplina y profesión. Asimismo, pretende transmitir al estudiante el valor de la excelencia del profesional para poder llevar a cabo un cuidado excelente de la persona.

MÓDULO IIInvestigación en enfermería El estudiante se familiarizará con la investigación cuantitativa, cualitativa y la metodología combinada, y será capaz de sintetizar y exponer resultados de investigación para promover la Enfermería Basada en la Evidencia.

MÓDULO IIIPráctica avanzada en enfermería El estudiante adquirirá un conocimiento avanzado en enfermería que le permitirá cuestionarse acerca de su práctica clínica, analizar e interpretar los problemas prioritarios de salud, y responder a las necesidades socio-sanitarias de la población.

MÓDULO IVDirección y gestión en enfermería El estudiante profundizará en la estructura de una organización sanitaria y su entorno. Además, estudiará los conocimientos teóricos sobre la Ciencia de la Enfermería y las teorías de gestión y administración. Este módulo es impartido por docentes del IESE Business School.

MÓDULO V-APrácticum: práctica avanzada en enfermería El estudiante desarrollará el rol avanzado en enfermería, a través de la práctica clínica directa, con el fi n de adquirir los atributos de rol avanzado y formarse como agentes de cambio. Se realizarán las prácticas en la Clínica Universidad de Navarra.

MÓDULO V-B Teórico-práctico: gestión en enfermería El estudiante diseñará planes estratégicos que sirvan para orientar la actividad de las organizaciones sanitarias. Asimismo, recibirá formación para el diseño, implementación y evaluación de procesos clínicos que optimicen la calidad y la seguridad de los cuidados. Finalmente adquirirá habilidades y aptitudes personales para la dirección de personas en las organizaciones. Este módulo es impartido por docentes del IESE Business School.

MÓDULO VITrabajo Fin de Máster El Trabajo Fin de Máster supone la realización por parte del alumno de una propuesta de investigación. En ella deberá mostrar su capacidad para identifi car claramente una pregunta de interés para la enfermería, realizar una revisión de la literatura y proponer un estudio de investigación que responda a esa pregunta.Cada estudiante contará con la supervisión de un Director durante la realización del trabajo.

Curriculum

MODULE IPhilosophy,models, theories and ethics in nursing The purpose of this module is to explore the nature and essence of nursing in the structure and nature of knowledge and the importance of theory as a discipline and profession. It also aims to convey to students the importance of individual profesional excellence to carry excellent care of the person.

MODULE IINursing research The student will become familiar with quantitative and qualitative research methodology combined, and be able to synthesize and present research results to promote Evidence Based Nursing.

MODULE IIIAdvanced practice nursingThe student will acquire advanced knowledge in nursing that will enable questioned about their clinical practice analyze and interpret the priority health problems and respond to the social and health needs of the population.

MODULE IVManagement and management in nursingStudents acquire theoretical knowledge about the structure of a healthcare organization and its environment. In addition it will examine the theoretical and philosophical knowledge of Nursing Science and theories of management and administration.This module is taught by teachers from the IESE Business School.

V-A MODULE EXPERIENCEAdvanced practice nursing The student will develop the advanced nursing role through direct clinical practice, applying the knowledge and skills acquired in previous modules. Practices will be held at the University of Navarra.

V-B MODULETHEORETICAL STUDY: NURSING MANAGEMENT The student will designstrategic plans that works toguide the activity of healthorganizations.Also receive training in thedesign, implementation andevaluation of clinical processesthat optimize thequality and safety of care. Finally, the student will acquire personal skills and aptitudes aimed to personnel management in organizations. This module is taught byteachers from the IESEBusiness School.

MODULE VIFinal master Master Thesis The End is the realization by the student of a research proposal which should show your ability to clearly identify a question of interest for nursing and conduct research on the chosen topic. Each student will have the supervision of a Director during the performance of the work.
