1. Turn water feed off to the Reverse Osmosis system (Figure 1). 2. Turn valve on top of Reverse Osmosis tank to off. 3. Turn spigot on and let water flow until water stops running, then turn spigot off. 4. Remove drain line (Figure 2) from Reverse Osmosis by pushing in collate (Figure 3) and gently pulling line (Figure 4). 5. Turn the Reverse Osmosis membrane filter to the left and gently remove. 6. Install drain line into the new membrane filter - make sure capillary line (Figure 5) is in place (Figure 6). Drain Flow Restrictor - the restrictor is vital for proper operations of the Reverse Osmosis membrane cartridge as it keeps water flowing through the membrane at the proper rate ensuring the water produced is the best quality. It’s recommended that the restrictor assembly be periodically inspected to be sure it is clean and unrestricted. 7. Install new membrane filter; turn to the right to secure. — Turn spigot ON — Turn Reverse Osmosis water feed line ON — Turn valve on Reverse Osmosis tank ON — Once air is purged from the system, turn spigot OFF — Fill tank — Let Reverse Osmosis run for 45 minutes — Drain tank completely — Let Reverse Osmosis run again for another 45 minutes — If water is not satisfactory purge Reverse Osmosis Filter System one more time Ultra Filter Reverse Osmosis Membrane Replacement Instructions FIGURE 2 FIGURE 3 FIGURE 4 FIGURE 5 FIGURE 6 FIGURE 1
