procurement, homogenization and export of

Ukrainian honey in large bulk to the countries of

Europe, Middle East, Asia and America. Our key

experts have years of experience in honey business

OUR PRODUCT

Honey is a great gift from our nature. Useful properties of honey

have a wide range of application, therefore it is consumed by the enterprises

of confectionery, food, pharmaceutical industry, being an integral part of

human diet as well.

We offer constant and reliable bulk supplies of 100% natural

homogenized honey in industrial quantities. The lion's share of our export

falls to polyflower and sunflower honey.

Our product is the result of Ukrainian bees’ hard work,

unadulterated, not fermented, free of forbidden substances according to

relevant European Food laws and Honey Regulations. All honey is certified by

state and independent agencies.

OUR PARTNEROur strategic partner is Ukrainian

Centre of Processing Honey, LLC, which

constructed and on 25.12.2015 opened a

brand new honey homogenization plant

with up-to-date equipment and an

improved technological process.

Honey processing occurs in

compliance with the food safety regulations

and HACCP concept.

MANUFACTURING FACILITY

The annual production capacity

of the plant is 5 000 - 10 000

tons depending on the number of

working shifts.

At our disposal at the plant we have:

- four heat chambers (capacity - 20 tons

each)

- four decrystallization vats

- honey pumping system and filters

- one homogenizing tank with the capacity

of 21000 kg.

STORAGE WAREHOUSESThe total area of the plant is

1460 sq.m., including 780 sq.m. of

storage warehouses.

Storage temperature: +10 - +22 ˚C

DRUMS

We deliver our honey in new 213

litre metal drums, with the capacity of

290-295 kgs. The drums are covered with

lacquer, which is appropriate for foodstuffs

and is permitted by EC-Law in accordance

with all EC-Regulations and EC-Directives

in this respect.

QUALITY CONTROL

The particular attention at our company is paid to the

quality of honey. The process of honey preparation for export is

carried out very carefully. We work only with trusted, carefully

selected beekeepers and agents. Due to stringent document

flow, our quality assurance specialists can trace back the origin

of all raw materials in each final product.

All our honey passes through several stages of

inspection. A preliminary testing is performed by means of

RANDOX system (England) or by enzyme immunoassay “ELISA”

and using «R-biofarm» tests (Germany).

QUALITY CONTROL

Additionally preliminary analysis for presence of

Chloramphenicol and Metronidazole are carried out by chromatography

(LC-MS/MS).

Selected from each drum of homogenized batch and sealed by

a veterinarian mixed sample of honey is sent to German external

laboratory Quality Services International GmbH for testing for

antibiotics, veterinary residues, physicochemical parameters,

adulteration, etc. All additional analyses are performed upon request of

the customers.
