Tvitec, a été constituée en 2007/2008 et son principal centre de transformation, est situé a Cubillos del Sil dans la provin-ce de Léon (Espagne). Letter from CEO Dear Sir:

When 2015 started, as usual, we designed our business plan where they were inscribed a series of ambitious goals and objectives. The year outlined as decisive for TVITEC. A year to continue to professionalize all departments, implantation of our new production and management program; a year of internationalization in the most demanding markets such as USA and the UK. A year of investments in the Soler and Vicer plants with relevant future decisions that have derived from the proper annual development.

However, we have done a consolidated step in our journey. It has been a year of intense work, full of activity, progress, developments, news and important challenges. Today we can define it as a year with an optimal balance, with an intense and gratifying final taste of reaching our previously set objectives. The labor carried out during 2015 has a lot of components, but one specially remarkable: team work. It was one of the main vectors in our plan. That’s why we continued forward.

This is mainly due to the unity and the clear reference that we maintain as our main value, based on an important component of compromise and implication of the people that make our staff. We have again increased our staff and gave a warm welcome to all our new colleagues.

In this new 2016 we are facing very transcendent and exciting new challenges. The most relevant are the extension of our facilities in o ur factory at El Bayo with 25.000 sqm and the start up of our new installations of high technology for the glass manufacturing.

Consequently we must maintain our team work, with dedication and compromise, growing together with our clients, suppliers, financial entities and institutions that have granted us their trust and confidence.

Mesdames / Messieurs:

Début 2015, comme chaque année, nous avons établi notre stratégie commerciale dans laque-lle s’inscrivait une série d’objectifs et de défis très ambitieux. Cela a été une année décisive pour TVITEC. Une année de professionnalisa-tion des différents départements, de l’implan-tation de nouveaux programmes de gestion et de production, une année d’internationalisa-tion sur les marchés les plus exigeants comme les Etas Unis et le Royaume Uni. Une année d’investissements dans les sites de production de Soler et Vicer, et de décisions pour le futur, qui ont eu une très grande importance sur l’exercice 2015.

Ce fut une année intense de travail. Nous avons relevé des défis importants, nous pou-vons aujourd’hui la définir comme une année exceptionnelle, avec la satisfaction d’avoir ac-compli nos objectifs. La réussite des objectifs 2015 est dû à beaucoup de facteurs, mais prin-cipalement à celui du travail en équipe. Pour cela nous avons décidé de potentialiser cette valeur. Notre sommes très satisfaits de notre personnel.

Pour 2016, nous avons des défis encore plus audacieux. Le plus important sera d’augmenter la superficie de production de + 25.000 m2 de l’usine située à la zone industrielle Bayo et à l’installation de nouveaux équipements de très haute technologie.

Pour cela nous devons continuer à travailler en équipe, avec l’aide de nos Clients, nos Four-nisseur et des Entités Financières qui nous ont accordé leur confiance.

TVITEC SYSTEM invoiced in 2015 over 75 Million Euros € (82 Million $ USA) with an increase in it’s turnover of 30% with respect to the figures of 2014.

The most of part these sales were generated in the international market. The level of exports increased 5%. The perspectives of Tvitec for 2016

is to increase its turnover 20% to reach 90 million Euros € (100 million $ USA).

Our different Tvitec production plants employ directly over 380 workers. The most of labor force is concentrated in our largest manufacturing center, in Cubillos del Sil (León), considered one of the largest plants in Europe.

TVITEC SYSTEM a facturé en 2015 plus de 75 millions d’Euros avec une augmentation du chiffre d’affaire de 30% par rapport à 2014 La majorité des ventes ont été réalisées sur le marché in-ternational. L’objectif 2016 est d’augmenter cette facturation de + 20% pour arriver à 90 millions d Euros.

Les différentes usines de production de Tvitec emploient actuellement plus de 380 Personnes. La plus importante usine est située à Cubillos del Sil à Léon. Elle est considéré comme l’un des plus grands centre de transformation du verre en Europe.

In what way? Through the maximum knowledge of the potential market and choosing the most adequate projects in a worldwide basis.

According to this strategy, Tvitec tries to obtain the maximum quality products by upgrading our technical department to the maximum level.

TVITEC SYSTEM cherche des projets de cons-truction de grande complexité partout dans le monde et à haute valeur ajoutée pour optimiser ses capacités de transformation dans le double vitrage , les vitrages trempés , les vitrage feui-lletés , les vitrages sérigraphiés…. De quelle manière ? À travers une connaissan-

ce maximale des Marchée et en sélectionnant les projets les plus ambitieux. Avec cette stra-tégie, Tvitec peut fournir des produits de très haute qualité.

Tendance grand format: Les architectes et pro-moteurs recherchent de plus en plus fréquem-ment des solutions de grand format, nous avons maintenant les capacités de transformer des Méga jumbos jusqu’à 12 mètres de longueur.

Investments 2016-2017Extension of factory. 20 million €


Investissements Augmentation de la superficie de l’usine. 20 millions €

TVITEC is continuously committed with excellence as our primary goal to maintain and improve our competitiveness and position as leader in the global market in the manufacturing of high performance glass. Due to this reason, in our investments plan for 2016-2017 are foreseen different actions in all our levels of the structure for 20 million euros.

The key action is the extension of the factory in Cubillos del Sil to implement new and sophisticated production lines, such as the realized during 2015 in our new lines for lamination and digital printing. The expansion of the main factory of Tvitec with 25.000 square meters will be completed with the following action plan. Among them:

- Installation of Double Chamber tempering furnace- Continous tempering furnace.- 12 Meter line CHIARA - Two new IGU lines of 6 and 12 meters.

- 1 Bilateral Edge Polisher.- 1 Laminating Line.- 1 Laminating installation for EVA.- 1 Digital printer of 12 meters.

TVITEC cherche toujours l’exce-llence pour maintenir et amé-liorer sa compétitivité et sa po-sition de leader sur le marché international des transforma-tion de verre de hautes technolo-gies. Pour ces raisons, dans ces plans d’investissement 2016-2017 il est prévu plusieurs ac-tions à tous les niveaux sur sa structure, avec un budget de 20 millions d’euros.

L’action la plus importante sera pour l’usine de Cubillos del Sil, nous y installerons des nou-velles lignes de production, com-me celle déjà réalisées en 2015 et de plus, nous avons prévu des nouvelles lignes de feullieté et de sérigraphié. L’extension de l’usine principale de Tvitec avec 25.000 mètres carrés supplé-mentaires sera complétée par:

- L’installation d’un four de four

de trempe à double chambre. - L’installation d’un four de trempe en continu.- Machine de façonnage de 12 mètres.

- 2 nouvelles lignes de double vitrage de 6 et 12 mètres.- 1 Bilatérale. - 1 Ligne de feuilletée.- 1 Ligne d’impression de 12 m.

Tvitec inaugurated in June its new office building with excellent facilities in which combine the operational practice in the working aspect of different departments as well as a renewed corporate image. More than 3.000 square meters

Ecofin Awards. “Finance Titans”

Tvitec received during the gala celebrated at the Hotel Palace in Madrid the Prize Finance Titans that each year announces the prestigious economical magazine Ecofin. The CEO-General


Manager and the Commercial Director of the company were present to receive the recognition next to top ranking Spanish financial figures, like the president of Banco Popular, CEO of Freixenet or the responsible of Institutional Relations of Real Madrid, Emilio Butragueño.

Isolar Prize at the Italian Pavilion in the Milan Universal Expo

The exclusive glazing of the dome at the Italian Pavilion in the Universal Expo 2015 that was carried out in Milan was claimed as one of the most creative projects of glass and metal within the Prizes that organize the German association of independent association, Isolar, which is integrated our company.

Prix Ecofin. `Titanes des Finances’ Tvitec a reçu, lors de la réception tenue dans l’Hôtel Pa-lace de Madrid le Prix ‘Titanes de las Finanzas’ que remets chaque année la prestigieuse revue économique Ecofin. Le directeur général et le directeur commercial de la compagnie ont été les personnes qui ont reçu cet important trophée, en présence d’importantes per-sonnalités du monde des finances espagnoles, comme le président de la Banque Populaire, le président de Freixenet ainsi que le responsable des Relations Institu-tionnelles du Real Madrid, Mr. Emilio Butragueño.

Prix Isolar au Pavillon de l’Italie à l’Expo de Milan

Le vitrage exclusif de la coupole du Pavillon de l’Italie à l’Expo Universelle 2015 qui s est déroulé à Milan a été reconnu comme un des ouvrages en verre et métal le plus ingénieux dans le cadre des Prix qu’organise l’association allemande des fabricants indépendants, Isolar, dont TVITEC fait partie.
