ROBUST AND SOLID

The formwork panel frame consists of special closed steel profiles combined with 18 mm cross-bonded Birch plywood. Your choice of any other plywood is possible.

EASY TO HANDLE

Due to the significantly small amount of components used, searching for many little components is unnecessary, storage is easy and delays on site are reduced to a minimum.

MATERIAL SUITABLE FORTHE CONSTRUCTION SITE

The steel panel frames have a profile height of 120 cm anda width of 60 mm. The Alignment Panel Coupler APC fitsonto the corrugated edge without any difficulty.The frame is sturdy and the powder-coated surface is easilycleaned. The guard cover at panel top-ends protects theplywood against damage.

The 18 mm film coated plywood consists of Birch veneer andis made to meet high demands. Cross-bonded and glued according to BFU 100 with a Phenol resin coating 220 g/m².

Panels are available in 4 heights and 4 widths.

Associated system accessories such as the Push-Pull Props, Walers,Walkway Brackets can be fastened to the integrated track.Corners are stiffened with steel plates.

TRITEC® LIGHT TTF-PANELS USED FOR COLUMN FORMWORK

Lateral holes are drilled (when used as column formwork for cross sections with 50 mm increments)

adjustable from 200x200 to 600x600 mm

The panels are connected together by means of Tie Bolts and Wing Nut Pivot Plates.Unnecessary tie holes are sealed off with plugs.

Special sizes, choice of color and plywood

All TRITEC® light elements can be custom made any special size upon request. For example GHI can make all TRITEC® light elements to suit the colours in your logo powder coated and without extra charge! Select all standard RAL colours. Galvanized casing is available at an additional cost.

You have the choice of four different plywood-versions. For a small fee you can get the panels with plastic coated plywood, with plastic board or with Sonoboard instead of the cross-bonded birch plywood.
