established in Kuwait in 2007 by Al-Imtiaz Investment Company with a

paid capital of KD 25 Million.

The company is registered under Kuwaiti Commercial Law and operates

through its subsidiaries and associate companies in the Oil & Gas / Power

Sectors.

1. Sinopec Gulf Petroleum Services ( SGPS ):

Sinopec Gulf Petroleum Services ( SGPS ): The joint venture company was established between Triple E Holding Company - EEEH ( 51% ) and Sinopec International Petroleum Service Company SIPSC ( 49 % ), to carry out Drilling & Oil field services Through a strategic alliance with SIPSC.

SGPS Main Business Focus is to Provide Oil Well Services such as:

Drilling. Cementing. Mud logging Services. Electrical Submersible Pump Services. Trading.

2. Abar Al-Imtiaz Petroleum Services Company:

Abar Al-Imtiaz Petroleum Services Company, fully owned by Triple e Holding Company, provides oil field services to support drilling contractors. The services provided include:

Rig move. Heavy equipment rental. Sewage, water & fuel services. Location preparation services.

IATG was established to provide the following services:-

Aircraft fueling operations.

This company was planned to provide logistics services. It is not yet activated.

HOT is a well established company providing top quality construction services to the oil & gas ,

power , infrastructure and building sectors in Kuwait and Qatar.
