Under arborist supervision, the tree protection fencing can temporarily be relocated to the tree side of this area to allow for installation of scaffolding and provide minimal pedestrian circulation. During that time, 12" of mulch shall be provided and maintained to protect the tree protection zone outside of the fencing. Scaffolding can be installed on 1'x1' plywood below the mulch for safety reason. Fencing shall be moved back to original location as soon as construction access allows. Final layout and placement of the sidewalk near trees #106, #107 and #108 shall be coordinated between City of Vancouver Engineering and City of Vancouver Parks. All landscape work within tree protection zone of trees #81 and #83 shall be coordinated with consulting arborist. For further information refer to written arborist report. Tree #102 is recommended with condition. Root mapping in hatched area is required for further review. Further comments shall be provided at later date . 4.5'

Hatched area indicates area dedicated for construction access (3' wide from proposed building face).

All landscape work within tree protection zone of trees

#81 and #83 shall be coordinated with consulting

arborist. For further information refer to written

arborist report.

Tree #102 is recommended with condition. Root

mapping in hatched area is required for further review. Further comments shall be

provided at later date .
