Rapid Start Day A one-day personalised course for up to two participants to gain valuable understanding and practical use of nanopore sequencing, using your own sample. Training can take place either locally in your lab or at an Oxford Nanopore location.

The training will provide participants with the tools to successfully complete nanopore sequencing experiments on the MinION, GridION X5 or PromethION. A pre-training discussion will be organised to plan and design your training workshop to include your chosen samples as well as the Oxford Nanopore control experiment.

GridION X5 and PromethION Certification is:• A fully documented process with all Oxford Nanopore consumables
