This training course enables you to understand the:• Operations of a food safety management
system based on ISO 22000• Relationship between ISO 22000 and
other standards and regulatory frameworks
• Requirements of ISO 22000 in the context of an FSMS audit
• Auditor’s role in planning, leading, and following up on a management system audit in accordance with ISO 19011
Identify and write nonconformity statements with insight of proposal corrective actions and undertake audit follow-up activities.

Pre-Requisites
• Have prior knowledge on ISO 22000:2018, ISO/TS 22002-1 and additional requirements as well as understanding of relevant food legislation & pre-requisite programs.
• Having knowledge and / or working experience with regards to food chain, HACCP, GMP, GHP etc. will be an added advantage. Gaps in knowledge will not be covered during this course.
